That Khalil was admitted stateside on a Student Visa has been widely publicized . . . I’m surprised you’re even asking. It reminds me of past efforts of FauxJoeNations to waste my time.

Nonetheless, this is documented in Khalil’s petition to be returned to New York.

I don't agree that's equivalent, at all. But for the sake of arguement, can you show me the quote where Khalil did this?

    Clown, it does not.

A Green Card can be revoked, a Student Visa can be revoked. Only A U.S Citizen status can not be revoked (unless obtained fraudulently, and only a U.S. Citizen can vote, No?

It is exactly about limits that are not afforded if you are not a U.S. Citizen.

Jesus. You are attempting to equate Free Speech as the basis. Fair enough. Shouting Fire...... inciting a Riot....... denying the Rights of U.S. Citizens or other Green Card recipients is legal, in your opinion?

Read better, never in that does it say he currently has or had a student visa to "fall back on" or be revoked. It in fact says the opposite.

Maybe you should read a bit more about this guy and CUAD.

I just figured if you were ready to condemn the man for something he said, you'd have it easy to pull up. I'm curious what statement of his crossed the line for you personally.

It appears to me that you agree that a President of the United States calling for citizens to march peaceably for their rights should be impeached for saying so, but someone being a leader of a movement calling for the destruction of western civilization through violence is just fine. You remind me a lot of your father.

    Liberal sensibilities, I suppose....

I can put up with you being obtuse, but your evasiveness is inexcusable.

I wrote, “Khalil received his green card in 2024. With that revoked, he'd have to leave the country, except for the fact that he holds a student Visa to attend Columbia . . . The student Visa would provide him an avenue to remain stateside for as long as 60 days past graduation . . . The student Visa must also be revoked.”

You claimed there was no Student Visa. I proved there was.

“Fall back on” were my words. If only his green card was revoked, and not his Student Visa, he could not be deported until 60 days post graduation.

The arresting officers were to detain him for revocation of both his green card and his Student Visa so that he has no documentation that he belongs here.

This pro-terrorist idiot is a leader of an organization whose stated purpose is to bring about the destruction of America and Western civilization itself. Is that not good enough for you?

    Deport this idiot immediately.

It’s just so danged bizarre to me. In the 60’s and 70’s the radical left was all about peace and love and anything that opposed Nixon….. Here we are a half century later and the radical left wants war, anything but peace and everything opposed to Trump. Even when it means weeding waste out of the government!! I don’t even think Hitler was as effective at controlling people’s thoughts via propaganda as the modern Democrat hierarchy has been….. What’s todays marching orders? Can you not see how programmed you have become? Jeez this is just unthinkable to me.

It's impressive the lengths you'll go to in order to make sure the administration doesn't just look like the incompetents they are. I assume that's what this is about, because again it's kind of a moot point beyond that.

Can you give me one direct quote of Khalil’s you find objectionable and worthy of deportation? Just one. If not, you need to think hard on who's being propagandized. No one is immune to it. Not you, not I, not anyone.

It's quite reasonable to assume that we both are being propagandized in different ways.

Incompetents, they are not. That their mission doesn't align with your beliefs has absolutely nothing to do with competence.

Has the Administration suspended many operations en-mass to quickly isolate counterproductive employees from the mechanisms by which they might cover their tracks or erect bulwarks against their termination? Yes.

Does that involve short term collateral damage? Yes. You have no problem with collateral damage do you, GW?

Retarding the education of our youth while taking advantage of COVID to socialize America by shuttering businesses? Driving up gas prices to force conversion to EVs? Censoring conservative communication to promote the liberal agenda? No . . . collateral damage is just fine with you.

Can we recover from that collateral damage once the counterproductive employees have been weeded out? Yes. Productive workers can be brought back. Justifiable initiatives and programs can and will be resumed. Those wasteful of American taxes will fall by the wayside.

The government workers who fail scrutiny of this filtering process can go find work in the private sector where they'll have a much harder time hiding their parasitic ways.

Is the short term collateral damage less than the long term benefit to The People? An emphatic YES!!!

C'mon. Even the most diehard of you can't possibly support this. It's blatant and bold dictator action. He can't just "declare" pardons void.

What is wrong with the words?

If the EO was signed by Autopen without POTUS awareness or consent......it cancels the POTUS action.
