As we are all aware, the information about the shooter at VT has been slowly forthcoming, almost like, well a clumsey cover-up was being implemented, student status, fingerprints, citizenship, visa, etc. One unusual fact was the strange words which were written on his arm (Ishmael Ax or Ismail Ax). If you do a little Googling, there is some surprising and somehow disturbing information available for those who may want to find-out what the real truth behind this massacre might be...

While the whole truth and timeline may never be known, a bit of detective work will open your eyes...

"Sources told the Tribune that the words "ISMAIL AX" were also found written in red ink on the inside of one of Cho's arms.

The reference may be to the Islamic account of the Biblical sacrifice of Abraham, where God commands the patriarch to sacrifice his own son. Abraham begins to comply, but God intervenes at the last moment to save the boy.

In the Jewish and Christian traditions, the son is Isaac, father of the Jewish people; in Islam, it is his brother, Ismail (Ishmael in Hebrew).

Abraham uses a knife in most versions of the story, but some accounts have him wielding an ax.

A more obscure reference may be to a passage in the Koran referring to Abraham's destruction of pagan idols; in some accounts, he uses an ax to do so. "

Bones/Midas/anyone, it was reported that a professor that survived the holocaust died trying to protect his class and two jewish looking students were shown as victims. What course was that professor teaching. The shooting did happen around Israel's holocaust memory day

Just wondering..also the student couple that was shot..were they bi-racial?

Of course there is more to the motive, whatever the motive may be for even manic depressives have motives and if I remember correctly the Colorodo shooting and another shooting in England happened on Hitler's birthday, which was underreported, the question is would the motive be released or would the story just become a gun controlled issue over the next couple of days?

 

A chilling picture emerged Tuesday of Cho Seung-Hui -- a 23-year-old senior majoring in English -- a day after the bloodbath that left 33 people dead, including Cho, who killed himself as police closed in.
News reports said that he may have been taking medication for depression and that he was becoming increasingly violent and erratic.
Despite the many warning signs that came to light in the bloody aftermath, police and university officials offered no clues as to exactly what set Cho off on the deadliest shooting rampage in modern U.S. history.
"He was a loner, and we're having difficulty finding information about him," school spokesman Larry Hincker said.
A student who attended Virginia Tech last fall provided obscenity- and violence-laced screenplays that he said Cho wrote as part of a playwriting class they both took. One was about a fight between a stepson and his stepfather, and involved throwing of hammers and attacks with a chainsaw. Another was about students fantasizing about stalking and killing a teacher who sexually molested them.

Professor Carolyn Rude, chairwoman of the university's English department, said Cho's writing was so disturbing that he had been referred to the university's counseling service.
"Sometimes, in creative writing, people reveal things and you never know if it's creative or if they're describing things, if they're imagining things or just how real it might be," Rude said. "But we're all alert to not ignore things like this."

Cho lleft a note that was found after the bloodbath. A law enforcement official who read Cho's note described it Tuesday as a typed, eight-page rant against rich kids, debauchery, deceitful charlatans on campus and religion. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak to the media. "You caused me to do this," the official quoted the note as saying. Cho indicated in his letter that the end was near and that there was a deed to be done, the official said. He also expressed disappointment in his own religion, and made several references to Christianity, the official said. The official said the letter was either found in Cho's dorm room or in his backpack.

Chicago Tribune reported Cho had recently set a fire in a dorm room and had stalked some women.


According to court papers, police found a "bomb threat" note -- directed at engineering school buildings -- near the victims in the classroom building. In the past three weeks, Virginia Tech was hit with two other bomb threats. Investigators have not connected those earlier threats to Cho.


One law enforcement official said Cho's backpack contained a receipt for a March purchase of a Glock 9 mm pistol. Cho held a green card, meaning he was a legal, permanent resident. That meant he was eligible to buy a handgun unless he had been convicted of a felony.
Roanoke Firearms owner John Markell said his shop sold the Glock and a box of practice ammo to Cho 36 days ago for $571.
"He was a nice, clean-cut college kid. We won't sell a gun if we have any idea at all that a purchase is suspicious," Markell said.


Of course its very early to say whats going on, I am sure the story will unfold.

(ANI) Washington, Apr 18: Cho Seung-Hui, the 23-year-old South Korean student-murderer who killed 32 people at a US university two days ago, killed himself with the words "Ismail Ax" written in red ink on the inside of one of his arms. This has led to the speculation that he may have been a Muslim.

In Islamic lore, "Ismail" is a reference to the 'son of sacrifice', reported the Daily Mail.

First, I like to see the entire contents of his 8 page note and ask the question why a suicide mass murderer would write on his arm no less in RED INK something revered in Islamic lore???

 

After reading two of his one-act plays I sure would like to see that note for myself. I really don't/wouldn't trust the accuracy of the interpretation which Law Enforcement may come up with in this situation.

 

:lol: I guess what is trying to be done here is to link him to islam...n shock. If he proves not to be I guess at least Midas will lose interest and fade away The kid was very unbalanced to be sure from what I have been reading and some people had tried to get him mental help in the past....I guess we will see as the information is released...I am sure his note will surface as well as other info. Of course he comes from a christian family but that is saying anything about his religion. Time will tell. The play I read was simply violent, gave no clues as to whether he was an evil monster muslim or not.

Why if he was a manic depressive and came across one of the hundreds of muslim fanatic websites on the internet which preach killing us then he could easiler be swayed and henceforth his motive.

We shall see if the press will report the crime (and possible motive) or will they glance over the true facts like when these "true" muslims killed for the warped religion of islam.

Remember how the press reported Valentine's day at the Utah shopping mall. Our shooter was a Bosnian muslim.

Those few newspapers who dared to mention that this animal named Sulejman Talovic was a Bosnian muslim were careful to follow up by saying there was no reason to believe there was any connection to Islamic terror. Why??? Why sugarcoat these facts about this animal??

Even Fox News reported the story under the headline, "Authorities Seek Motive for Bosnian Immigrant Teen's Shooting" – as if there were no possibility that Islam played any role. Come on!

Remember back in 2002 when muslim convert John Allen Muhammad killed 10 innocent Americans and wounded three more critically. Authorities claimed no connection between Islam and the Beltway Sniper case. Why??

Remember that same year, an Egyptian immigrant, (also a Muslim) walked into LAX and shot down two EL Al employees before being killed by El Al Security. Would a muslim ever be charged with a "hate" crime?

Remember last year when Ismail Yassin Mohamed, 22, stole a car in Minneapolis. He went on a rampage, ramming the stolen car into other cars and then stealing a van and continuing to ram other cars, injuring one person. During his rampage, Mohamed repeatedly yelled, "Die, die, die, kill, kill, kill," and when asked why he did all this, he replied, "Allah made me do it."

I have more examples when the press was afraid to upset muslims and liberal appeaser...

How about on July 28, 2006, when a muslim named Naveed Afzal Haq forced his way into the Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle. Once inside, Haq announced, "I'm a Muslim American; I'm angry at Israel," and then began shooting, killing one woman and injuring five more. Did the press even mention that islam could be the motive?

How about in March 2006 when a 22-year-old Iranian student named Mohammed Reza Taheri-azar drove an SUV onto the campus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, deliberately trying to kill people and succeeding in injuring nine. During his arraignment, he explained that he was "thankful for the opportunity to spread the will of Allah."

What did the press do report???

Officials dismissed the possibility of islamic terrorism, even after Taheri-azar wrote a series of letters to the UNC campus newspaper detailing the islamic justification for warfare against unbelievers and explaining why he believed his attacks were justified from an Islamic perspective.

The FBI and the main stream media assured the public in every case that there was no connection between islam and the attacks.
Gee...Had America been blessed with such competent officials and such hard-hitting journalists in 1942, you'd be reading this post today in German.

Lets see now, the shooter it was reported in the new york press and talk radio had an islamic inscription on his arm. The killer did the attacks on a holocaust memorial day. The killer sent in a sucide bomber type of video to the NBC. From the start I felt that the killer was a manic depressive type and was interested in his motive other then feeling powerful over the defensiveless. Seems to me, and we will most likely never have access to the entire map of this guys mind for only limited video has been shown from his rants, that he was at least influenced by muslim terrorism and model it. Would love to have access to his laptop to see what websites he went into and pictures he may have downloaded.

As for the crazy christian splinter groups, they are not government sponsed nor are they recieving millions to billions of dollars in support from other christians.
The muslim terrorist groups are government sponsered and they do recieve millions to billions of dollars in support from "moderate" muslims around the world.

 

Also reported by NBC Today was the Express mail envelope where Cho used the return address name: "ISMAIL AX"

The main stream media has a past history of glancing over the fact that islam has influenced many of these killers.

We shall see...we shall see if the main steam media digs as to why this animal used an islamic inscription as his return name address. We shall see if they can determine why this animal would use RED ink to print out this islamic phrase on his arm. We shall see if the main stream media has the guts to report it...even if it offends muslims. We shall see if the main stream media reports the truth.

Also, any idea that Chrisitans are celebrating in the streets as did muslims celebrate after 9/11 is a tactic of islamic apeasers. You see, the big differance is that other Christians and Jews take action to rid the cancer within our society whereas "not-muslim-enough" muslims simply turn their backs and go AWOL when such terrorism occurs.
