I do not get to listen to Beck ( at work ) or watch his TV show, but have read 3 of his books.

Overton Window sucked, but Common Sense should be read by every American, even leftys. Arguing with Idiots was , ehhhhh, ok kinda but not a must.

 

The only Common Sense I am interested in reading was authored by Thomas Paine.

 

Thomas Paine's comon sense is included in the beck book.....
Dont NOT read just because it is Beck........it is a great book. Tear off the author page and read it......trust me. Every American should read this book. Even leftys.

 

History is repeatable if you do not know it.
Beck has done some strange things , but he does see some things that others take much longer to bring to light.
In the old west the problem solver was " GET A ROPE " .

You can compile all the sound bytes you want from someone who does two talk shows a day over several years.

His new book "Broke" came out today. I bought a copy. I've read the first 50 pages. So far it's pretty good. No mention of Obama or democrats (yet). The first section of the book is a history lesson for all to read. That is if they can pull themselves away from the Daily Show long enough, (their adult cartoons.) Yeah, I'll take my 5:55 back please.

 

You tell 'em vess. No laughing at Beck. Its very serious. He could very well be the second coming.

 

Maybe Glenn Beck is just high off of the drugs he gets from Rush, or the sugar high he gets from the donuts Sean Hannity passes out and is always bragging about. Then again...he could just be plain nutso.
