Is BO overstepping on the new immigration deal?

I se an immeadiate problem with this. They will be given work permits or somthing like that, which wil require them to pay taxes and have them deducted from their paycheck.
They are not allowed to vote.
The Constitution states " no taxation without representation "
They cannot vote on their representation, so a can of worms has been opened.

Naysayers remember, I was on board and supported the " Dream Act " but unfortunatly it did now pass congress, so, BO decides " We dont need no stinkin Congress" and does it anyways...

Where is the America I grew up in ?

 

It evaporated on Nov. 4, 2008. Check into the National Defense Authorization Act, too (signed by Obama last New Year's Eve). That's a real piece of... (ahem)... legislation.

 

Is there not a difference between issuing a work permit and been a citizen?

 

With a population of 311 million and 12.5 million unemployed, I would think an immigration and work permit policy based upon skills that would help the country would be better than one based upon race to help an election.

 

Taxation without representation.......does that not ring a freakin bell with anybody? " We will deduct taxes from your paycheck but you cannot vote"...........that stinks from high heavens, I am amazed that ordinary Americans will allow this to happen....TO ANYBODY !!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Jack I can (if I had to) get a work permit to work in the US and I would have to pay US tax but I wouldn't be allowed to vote would I?
Again I am asking is there a diffrence between a work permit and been a citizen? or can any one who works in the US vote?

 

Hey, illegals vote in Florida and when someone trys to get them off the voting books that the dems got them on, the leftist media flips out and distorts the story.

 

And Holder sues the state to stop them from removing them!

If you're a Mexican and get a work visa shouldn't you know going in that you WILL be taxed and, not being an American citizen, you should NOT have the right to vote?

If you don't like this situation there are two solutions. Keep your butt in Mexico or leave after you figure it out.

 

I doubt many illegals are overly concerned with having taxes withheld or voting as long as they are allowed to stay in the US and work.
