It is about time we utilize our 2nd amendment rights before we lose those too. Where the **** in the constitution are unelected agency heads granted any power?

 

Exactly.

You would think congress would get some ruffled feathers over things like this, if things keep going this way, sooner or later they will all be set aside by Presidential appointments with more power than congress has.
