Our enemies will continue to be, well our enemies, Santa will still come down our chimneys, the Easter Bunny will hop, and the top three cuts of beef will continue to be NY Strip, RibEye, and T-Bone/PorterHouses... Besides I've got a CD maturing next year (Dec, 2008) and if the Dems get in office interest rates will skyrocket again. Maybe not to the 20% plus range of the 1970s but well above 7% I reckon. Don't worry old friend, their screw-ups are mounting already.

hmmm... I know two butchers who tell me New York strips have more fat in them, and in my personal experience this is true.
The fat (marbling) gives it Yum, Yum, flavor. I do love the texture of a good (one pound or so) Strip Steak...
Not worried at all Bones, as long as I can keep an eye on them they don't bother me one bit. It's when you can't get a good clean sight on one that they begin to bother you some. And where I live, no one is about to sneak up on anyone around here. WE watch out for each other.:hug:
