No appeals, I always check twice before killing someone. Lock them up with zero contact with the outside world. No visitations, no news papers, no television. As far as the outside world is concerned, they are as good as dead. As far as the inside world is concern, they will never see friends or families, know a sports score, or who the President is. Also, you can take it back when you're wrong.
NO kill everyone who commits the slightest crime, get the population under control as well as crime, ah sod it unleash armagedon and kill EVERYONE lets not be selective here
