Well, the government already has its hands on my money, it wants to make decisions about my body, and now it seems my personal communications and entertainment are at risk. I figure before long, a bill will be passed claiming legal rights to my first born child. I shall name him "Liberty Lost".
That "vagueness" is the heart and soul of modern legislation. They can shape the real purpose with the burcracy, all they need is the funding, get their foot in the door and then change it into whatever they want it to be, that is the same thing their doing with this very vague Obamacare legislation, the panels and burcracy will provide the specifics, they just need their foot in the door.
