What you're calling "science" totally discounts any external societal factors in these so called scientific findings... Be kinda hard to learn if you grow up in a ghetto and worry about getting shot everyday. Or you grow up without a father cause he's in prison because he learned the only people with his skin color who had money of any kind sold crack to get it and noticed that the schmucks who worked an honest job were still slaves and still poor as dirt... That's because those scores are skewed by the many more who succeed in society.. I bet even less on that scale would be American Indians.. who's way of life was incredible and sustainable before Europeans like myself came over here and slaughtered them to near extinction like we did the bison.. We took away everything they knew.. and claimed ownership over all the resourses they needed to survive and threw them on reservations.

Now they are mainly thought of as drunks and problems in our society. "Drunkin' Indian" is built into our culture..You should see the squalor in our reservations..
