I believe that it is sinking in although they haven't the courage to admit it but that was a given from the start. It is just not a group that anyone would associate with any amount of personal courage or self-reflection. I don't expect them to come right and say, "Gee, that might actually be a good point", but on some level, way back in their minds, they have to know the part that they are playing and the contradictions that they can't acknowledge even to themselves. Your inability to comprehend a rather simple comparison that is nearly a mirror image does not make it untrue just the same. In fact, the people that fell for it originally never saw it either. You are perfectly consistant in that respect as well.
