You act as if this is a sudden revelation. We've pointed this out to you before . . . too many times. Not totally inaccurate, but a pretty rudimentary perspective . . . the most effective of weapons is one's state of mind, whether cool and calculating or deranged and desperate. Both are far more effective killers than guns are. The mind is the weapon . . . the gun, the knife, the car, the garrote, the bomb, and yes, even the hammer is merely a tool. Instead of putting your energy into eliminating the tool, focus your energies where they will do some real good . . . focus on the root of the problem . . . the state of mind.
Ahhh, I see your doll, the one you finally gave a name to, has arrived to comment. Maybe you two should have some alone time.
Much like you deflect the arguments for which you possess no sound response, you likewise deflect your affinity for dollies onto other forum participants . . . makes me wonder if you have some deep dark secret liberal proclivity, like pedophilia perhaps?
Go fuck yourself. I had friends who died in the bombing no thanks to McVeigh and that other asshole from Michigan, Terry Nichols. Guns didn't kill my friends you stupid, little, worthless, sycophantic worm; psychotic people did.
Maybe if you and your doll weren't so intent on avoiding talking about guns you wouldn't have brought it up.
I have no problems with guns. I certainly don't avoid talking about them. Why should I? Our Founding Fathers guaranteed our right to bear arms and many, many, MANY people peaceably do so for whatever reason(s) they choose. If you know of any reasonable way to stop people from using firearms irresponsibly or, for that matter, to stop people from using cars, trucks, knives, hammers, bombs, poison or baseball bats irresponsibly, I'd sure like to hear your answers.
It took me a while, but I finally understand the fixation . . . He accidentally omitted a letter from his username . . . It's supposed to be DIQless1 . . .
Look at how far you and your doll will go to argue against guns being any more deadly than anything else. Meanwhile, you want guns to protect yourself. Dichotomy much?
I don't recall anybody ever saying guns are not capable of killing. So are trucks we just learned, more people in only 1 minute. Whats your point?
I'm saying you "defenders" will go to ridiculous lengths to deter conversations about any negative aspects of guns.
Well, I certainly won't. There ARE negative aspects to guns, sure. Just as there are negative aspects to anything. But, there are also positive aspects to guns of which you seem blissfully unaware. But, unlike most things (baseball bats, hammers, glass shards, etc.) the right to bear firearms is guaranteed by our Constitution. How much more plain can we make it to you goddamned, pea-brained liberals? We have a RIGHT to bear firearms. Period. Now, shut up about it.
I don't think we're deterring conversations at all . . . I welcome any any civil conversation, and tolerate those that are uncivil, as most of us do. To turn the tables a bit, I think you "offenders" will go to any lengths to try and convince Americans that you can better convey the thoughts of our brilliant forefathers than could they, who so carefully laid bare their intent with the words they chose in the 2nd amendment, clearly, one of their most immediate priorities in so soon after its writing, amending the Constitution. That you fail to acknowledge their reasoned intent must be a deficient understanding of their train of thought, or of language used, or be a self-serving denial of what you already know to be true.
