It does help fight against racism, but it takes generations to fully take effect. The work done in the 60s to fight racism was a very good begining, but that work is a work in progress lol ...50 years and half the problems are solved, or at least minimized... another 50 years and I'd expect to see the remaining half cut in half again, and so on. It'll never be perfect, but there certainly has been progress!
