Now here is a Theist I can agree with. Someone who does not blndly believe everything he is told by others.
Which one? I believe in the morality of it. I can't find myself to believe Jesus was resurrected and that his entire mortal body is some were in another dimension. I do believe he was the son of God and prophet spreading the word of God. I think the bible has changed so many times with so many variations to fit the needs of the people it would be hard pressed to believe it in its' entirety.
Is there a god? i welcom all religious persuassions to this debate i want to know if you all think there is a god and why you think your religion is right. i am not trying to say that any one religion is right, but i want to know what everybody believes and why so post back
Re: Is there a god? I believe there is a God but I define that god as the moving force of the universe that controls all living organisms. I.E. The secret to life. I don't think I could technically call it the SECRET to life either, I believe in time, that secret will be figured out and new life will be created by men. Either way, the natural process of life and death is still inevitably, controlled by GOD. I don't think ANY religion is right, each one is just as sanctimonious as the other. I don't believe in the power of prayer, but I am a firm believer in the power of faith. I don't believe in prophets or messiahs but I do believe in leadership and the strong impact that faith has on it. . .
