If a mosquito bites you, do you not give it the death penality? If a bacterium invades your body, do you not use antibiotics and give it the death penality? If a person takes a swing at you and misses, unprovoked, then do you not have the right give a swift upper cut and crush his trachia? Vermin have to be killed.
Me thinks it sounds like there may be a couple of people in here who might get first hand experience with the death penalty eventually.
Thats just weird. If a driver almost crashes into you, do you have the right to drive directly into his vehicle?
No I dont believe that under the law you do have the right to crush someones Trachia (well at least not in the UK but possibly in the US of A?)
