Should condoms be distributed in school? I had four girls in my class that were pregnant our senior year in high school. That was 12+ years ago. I think that if at that time they were distributed maybe not all of them would have gotten pregnant. But others say if you distribute them you are promoting sex. What do you think?

Take a walk through a shopping mall and then read the glossy mags they are all promoting sex , look at the tv, look at movies they all portray a image I think kids today are quite aware and I would rather they know about precautions than take a chance with unwated pregnacies/Abortions or sexualy transmited illnesses I would imagine that for a lot of parents this might be a somewhat emotive subject as it brings home to them that tere little girl/boy is no longer little but has grown up.

Twelve plus years ago we did not hardly ever talk about sex. You had the talk with your teacher and that was about it. In a health class we did have to watch a live birth, but not everyone had to take that class. I do think that if they were available maybe some good would come out of it. Many teens are too embarrassed to buy them.
