I have to admit that I'm not too excited about our choices this year either but I am less afraid of the known (McCain & Hillary) than I am the unknown (Obama). I just have this gut feeling that, until recently, we were only seeing the parts of Obama that his people want us to see. He's a manufactured candidate and I can't figure out who or what is behind him.
McCain isn't going to change much but at least he is wise enough to know that the free market has always guided us and will get us through this current tough patch. My fear is that his arrogance and soft stance on immigration will cause our problems to be protracted.
I saw Hillary on TV tonight & she admitted she was going to raise the highest tax bracket from 33% to 39.5% (which I believe is criminal) and wanted to confiscate the oil companies profits (Hugo Chavez would be proud).
Obama just proves how unqualified he is more & more everyday. Right now he is running an ad in Indiana pandering to the union vote declaring he wants to eliminate tax breaks for any company that moves overseas. DUH!! Why do you think they go overseas? To get away from the current tax burden & the over-inflated wages & regulations brought on by today's unions.
All partisan rhetoric aside, I just believe Obama is a Manchurian Candidate-type at worst and a Socialist/Marxist at best.
No matter who gets elected, the war will only end when our military leaders believe conditions on the ground warrant it & we force the Iraqis to step up and police themselves.

    Back to Hillary:

Perhaps she can win the nomination, if Bill shuts up.

Obama: If the Reverend shuts up.

In either instance the final results:

Hillary v McCain = McCain wins, easily.
(Hillary, either lover her or hate her, there is no middle ground. Personally, I can't stnad her.)

Obama v McCain = Closer race, but McCain wins in the end, narrowly, but he takes it.

(Obama, as long as Rev. Wright shuts up he'll do okay. In fact, his wife (Obama's) should also shut up.)

    Love the comment!

That is what I have been saying for years.

If ya don't vote, shut up.
You gave up all right to gripe.

    I vote, therefore I bitch.

Treasure, McCain is trailing in the Hillary/McCain polls by a 10 point margin if election were today. How long does RINO McCain think he can bi-ioch slap his party on a daily basis and have them fall in line and reward him with a vote?
