Wow, what a rash of posts by @John Kamps lately! I've never seen such frequent traffic from him . . . I can't help thinking it was kicked off by the recent Canadian deep freeze (Global Warming, my arse . . . how politically prescient of liberals to co-opt the inevitable "Climate Change" as "their" whiny mantra), and a consequent drop in outdoor activity. We should all feel for John at this time, as he clearly loves the outdoors, and surely is getting too little of it at this time. Perhaps we need a bit more Global Warming to help bring some normalcy back to JK's life.

Back in 1941 Erich von Manstein (best in WW2) tried to convince der Führer to have Army Gruop North pacify Moscow-Leningrad and have Army Groups Center & South go for Ukraine-Baku Oil fields in Azerbaijan. Hitler won out and Germany lost the War. Putin is much like Hitler, think he is God, but Hitler had worlds best military by far, and the best engineers/ scientists/ industrial geniuses. Had Germany had Zelenskyy at the helm, outcome would have been different. He is probably best World leader followed by Merz.
