According to Chuck Todd, it's none other than Crazy Joe Biden. When some were speculating that the Clinton's would swap places with Biden on the ticket for 2012, Chuck proclaimed it would never happen because BO thinks so highly of Biden and considers him a great inspiration & his closest confidant. (Obviously judgement isn't one of BO's strengths either)

I thought Obama's inspiration was whomever his flavor-of-the month currently is and his closest confidant was evil George Soros.

Soros is the puppet-master. Apparently Crazy Joe is the best, smartest & most qualified the dimocrat party has to offer (after the 4th best President in history, of course).
