BO is perceived as being weak, so.....

Perhaps if Obama had sent someone other than that loser, John Kerry, then perhaps there might have actually been a "diplomatic solution". If Hillary had still been the SoS, she could have landed in Ukraine, falsely claimed that she was the target of sniper fire, hit a big red RESET button with Russia and flown back with just enough time for breakfast and time to tell more lies about Benghazi. Of course, with either Hillary or Kerry leading the diplomatic mission, Ukraine would still be on fire.

The OBAMA DOCTRINE doesn't seem to be working too well in Ukraine. Obama appears totally lost on the world stage (and certainly not respected) with his attitude of "But, community organizing worked so well for me in Chicago". "Alinsky's Rules For Radicals didn't say I'd have to go up against Russia and the invasion of their neighbors".

PRINCETON, NJ -- For the first time, more Americans think President Barack Obama is not respected by other world leaders than believe he is. Americans' opinions have shifted dramatically in the past year, after being relatively stable from 2010 to 2013.

No. The administration is willing to offend the US, also.
