Also keep in mind that Congress has a say in the matter as well. Where are they, on the issue? They have the authority, but appear to be indecisive. I'd say some of them are more focused on blaming Obama for anything and everything than to attend to issues at home, or abroad.
I don't recall them blaming Bush or siding with Putin when Vlad invaded Georgia. And heck, that's a U.S.state.

Q for the drained brain trust. Are you for against what has been done http://www.npr.org/blogs/parallels/2014/03/24/293866579/a-primer-on-the-sanctions-against-russia And what do you suggest beyond or instead?
Weak and inconsequential? http://www.publicfinanceinternation...a-faces-recession-if-crimea-crisis-escalates/
This is a golden opportunity for the U.S. energy sector and a chance to damage the Russian economy at the same time. Russia supplies Europe with a sizable amount of energy. If Europe boycotts Russia and starts buying from us, well their economy takes a hit it can ill afford. see how the the Russians like their president-for-life then.
I wonder where you got this item from! BTW, If Russia cannot sell their energy, the Russians will like Putin about as well as Americans like $10 per gallon gasoline unless Keystone, ANWR, the Gulf and many other federal lands are open for drilling. On the other hand, China will take all that Europe doesn't. Net will be minimal (after an initial shake up) unless America opens their reserves.
I wonder where you got this from. I know the answer to any question is more drilling and Benghazi with your ilk but the fact is that we already export energy and are poised to become one of the biggest exporters in the world. Now that is energy, but what about petroleum? Where do we get that from? Let's take a look and see what role Russia plays. View attachment 2408 Now tell me about your 10 dollars a gallon theory.
What does that have to do with the price of tea in China? And how much much natural gas do we import? Guess what Europe imports from Russia? You are doing nothing but showing your total ignorance on the subject. With people like you around, that $10 is looking more like $12!
Palin and Putin. Very similar names. Coincidence? No. It's clearly a plot to eliminate katsung. Palin distracts with her nasal cavity while Putin distracts with his man-boobs. ...all Obama's fault, of course. He is chief-mastermind for feds. *Someone needs to take katsung's place, once false-flag plot succeeds and conspiracy community is left with huge void.
