No links here, rather COMMON SENSE!!.

Does anybody really believe Obama can pay for all of his promises, proposals, entitlements, etc & still lower taxes on 95% of the people? Think about it...PLEASE!! The 5% he plans to raise taxes on will either find a loophole to avoid taxes or will pass the increase on to the 95%- best case. Worst case, employers move out of the country on a larger scale, eliminate jobs, cut R&D, etc and individuals pull back on investment.

Ain't gonna work, folks!! Dream, hope, change all you want...the math doesn't work...the principle doesn't work. Unfortunately most people stop listening & thinking as soon as they hear "tax cuts for the working class".

It's de facto vote buying, nothing more!!!!!!

 

Once again I am ASKING for evidence that he actualy said he would raise tax for all Americans as has been claimed and not for a persons opinion of what he MIGHT DO.
If those of opposing parties want to accuse the guy of going to do something and saying that he has said he will then they need to be able to show the evidence,
What someone things another might do is fairly irrelavent, John McCain might invade Iran but could I prove that statement NO and so it goes. I dont actualy believe that Obama can do a number of things that he says he will do but I can read what the man actualy said.
As for job losses I dont think you will have to worry about Obama creating them Wall St has managed to mess things up so badly they are inevitable and have been going on month by month for the last eight months. Companies relocating out of the US ! well that has been happening for quite some time.
Tax loopholes, I mentioned these once before and was shot down for it LOL well McCain & Obama seem to agree things have to change there.
Both men say they will cut tax only real difference is McCain will include the top 1% in his tax plan

 

David You make statements that you attribute to Obama/Biden and you can not substansiate them, you seem to think that we will take everything you say as the truth but we must not credit Obama with anything!

You said Biden had made a statement but could offer no link to the story, I pulled up a story were he said the words you quoted but in there entirety and you told me I was wrong, it was another interview but again you failed to say who the interview was with or when it occured. Basicly a lot of noise with no substance.
If I realy wanted to I could pick holes in John McCains speach's and press confrences with ease, all I would need to do is quoat the bit that suited me, the way you do but I dont.

And to the misstatement you just made in regards to the Biden comment...as I said before, I saw him utter the statement on C-Span...I didn't "find a link" to someone else's opinion, I heard the man say it[/I] and I really could care less whether you believe it or not to be quite honest.

 

You show me where Obama or Biden has publicly stated that it is either the patriotic duty of all Americans to pay higher tax or that they will raise tax for all Americans who pay tax.
That should be fairly easy for you to do

The clip in question on C-Span was quite properly that one I supplied you the transcript of The only other C-Span clip I can find is Biden at the Delaware National Guard convention
Not a single news report in the USA or Europe (TV/Newspaper/Internet/Radio) that I have been able to find says that Joe Biden stated it was the Patriotic duty of all americans to pay higher tax!!
Now that says one of two things
1 you got it wrong
or
2 Obama can controll all media outlets world wide

Um I think I know which option is more relistic

Biden's comment makes no sense but even taken at face value...What kind of sense does it make that paying more taxes only makes 'wealthier' Americans more patriotic.

I have a feeling Biden and Obama are both wealthier than I am. Have they ever sent in more taxes to the government than they owed? I don't think there is a law against that. Why are they not being more patriotic? lol

Your going to lose this one. Biden DID say it, the " It's time to be a patriot" thing about the tax increases. LOOK on the internet !!!!!!! There is audio on youtube I bet. I have heard replay after replay, it's just a matter of finding it.
