You never heard of 'the carbon tax"? Or, putting coal fired plants out of business-bankrupting them as Obama said? That sure sounds like altering commerce to me.

 

But the key to his statement was "climatologists say", not politicians say. However, once upon a time, global warming scientists did say that gasohol would reduce emissions. They have since figured it actually INCREASES carbon emissions.

 

Climatologists and politicians are not the same thing.

 

True, but many politicians love pretending to know as much, or even more than scientists.

 

But he said records, not an unsubstantiated partisan hack job.

Apparently, Chelsea Clinton is not a true daughter of Bill and Hillary Clinton; rather, she is the product of an affair between Hillary Clinton and former Clinton insider Webster Hubbell, and while the accusation is unproven, it’s just another log on the pile when it comes to Hillary’s woes.

 

Now, is Webb Hubbell still alive or did he meet a similar fate as Kenneth Foster...another Hillary suitor?

 

I suppose we can debate who is most qualified to govern us based on "political experience" whatever that may mean to you/me/us etc., but what any of us really want governing us is someone who will basically do it our own way, whether that is a yellow dog Democrat, wet mop, brain surgeon, or tyrant.

 

Yes, he is still alive, but;
Hubbell is no angel himself. As the former mayor of Little Rock Arkansas, Hubble endeared himself to the "Clinton dynasty enough to be appointed as Chief Justice of the Arkansas state Supreme Court, a position that he was appointed to by then Gov. Bill Clinton.
The new Chief Justice did not endear himself to the public at large, however. He was forced to resign in a scandal that saw him facing charges of federal mail fraud and tax evasion. Allegedly, Hubbell was using his newfound leverage in order to over-bill clients. He ended up serving 15 months in prison for his transgressions."

 

Isn't it funny that every single mention of the Clinton name, or one of their associates, is connected to a scandal of some sort?
I don't get their appeal. They are phonies, they are scandal-plagued, they are career mooches, they've been sanctioned, investigated and the people who know them the best despise them (or they are dead or in prison).
