I have extensive knowledge regarding both the spiritual and the secular. I have studied the Bible and Biblical related literature for 40 years. I am also a retired attorney with 20 years of courtroom experience. I have traveled in many parts of the world and have experienced much of what life offers both good and bad-mostly personally. I can realistically answer most question from a spiritual perspective as it relates to the world we live in. Try me.
OK Why do you come off sounding so damn arrogant to me? And if that is too tough, can God himself microwave a burrito so hot that he himself cannot eat it. Yes or no?
Apparently the "try me" was just a bluff. Well, welcome to the mayhem anyway! Hope you weren't offended. We tend to need thick skins around here and take very little seriously.
The enoch Is the reply to lost book. I just watched a video of the reading from it. Nothing else just reading from it. Thats what powered me to post the other reply. Im amazed such a book was left out of the bible. But was mentioned, from what I saw. Some really amazing stuff. So I havent got a feel for you yet are you pro god or are you the damned left behind. Just kidding. But really you must have been a lawyer cause Ive only seen two posts here and both were very both side. LOL
No I wouldn't call myself pro-God. I grew up in private religious schools but haven't looked back since. I never intend to either. I consider one religion just as much snake oil as the next one. If there were actually a deity that existed, I would be but a speck on the underside of a bug on the ass of a warthog to him. The entire concept of a God that actually cares about the petty goings on of the people of this planet is so ludicrous and farfetched that it would take an incredible ego to even take it seriously. To consider yourself and expert is well.....just a whole new level of egocentrism.
Ok. Is it not true that Morning Star won his wager with God when Job cursed and denied the Almighty? Yes Job recanted but that wasnt part of the bet.
