OK, Joe...correct me if I'm wrong, but if Harry Reid accepts the Houses proposal to go to conference (discuss) Obamacare, the Continuing Resolution (CR) passes and government (including Obamacare) is fully funded until the next CR.

Isn't that right? What's so bad about talking...no strings attached? Unless, of course, Harry Reid has no intention of letting Government go back to work as long as he can make political hay.
