Two of your choices can't poll in the double digit range and the other guy keeps getting beat out of first place by the most recent Tea Party flavor of the month. It's funny that none of your choices have any real degree of Tea Party support. Point being that they are unelectable. You have to remember that the Tea Party mainly consists of the former religious Right elements and they will never elect a Mormon. Gingrich isn't even on their radar and Santorum can't even win an election in his own state. Good luck with those choices and thanks for playing.
Tit for tat....would you consider voting for anyone in your own party who may decide to challenge BO?
No fence straddling here. Ron Paul would absolutely be my pick of that litter and I am 100% certain I would vote for him in the general election if he won the nomination.
I support Ron Paul 100%. I've got a pic of his name on my write in ballot from the '08 election if you want it. If he's the VP candidate, I will vote for that ticket. Moen only wants people to pick candidates so he can throw out his insults and cut them down. Don't really understand the point of the thread at this time. Anybody that would vote for Obama again should check into the nearest mental hospital, now.
Budget cuts forced the closure of the local mental hospital. The number of Republicans in the area tripled as a result.
Rick Santorum? Thank you! I was hoping someone here would go for him. One more reason to hang around for a while.
I just think it is too easy to say "anybody but Obama" if you haven't actually made a choice of your own. I can sing the praises of any of the losers on the Right with ease or all of them for that matter. You guys just don't have the courage to stand up for one of those kooks I keep seeing up on stage. You guys are just hiding behind the lack of good choices in your own party. I would think that you guys would be curious about what each other's opinions were about the various candidates but you all seem content to just fall in lockstep with each other once the final nut has been shaken from the tree. Talk about groupthink....Yikes!
The reason Cain even gets a spot on the same stage is because the cons need someone to point to and say,"See! we're not racists", which of course is as racist as it gets.
If I was Cain, I'd probably take some serious offense to that comment. He seems like a very honest, successful guy who is polling well enough to be on the stage in any debate. And all you can see him as is a 'Token'.
(confused)...... I thought they let him on the stage 'cause he was immaculately dressed... I mean, that's why I keep getting booted during local Republican rallies... well, that and my errant middle-finger-pointing... really, it means "number one!"... they just don't see it though... and I even brought coffee with me.. (slaps forehead) OH! That's right! They like tea!... next time I'll try to bring some fine Columbian or Maui-Waui blend for 'em... maybe that'll help them reach a more reasonable state of mind...
That's one of the most racist comments I've ever heard you say! If I'd said something similar about Barack Obama in 2007/08, I would have been eaten alive. And heaven forbid I should have said something like, "The only reason Hillary's on the ballot is because the left doesn't want to appear sexist"! It seems that what's good for the goose ISN'T good for the gander. I see how you play your game.....
Exactly. If you've never been involved in the politics in the upper echelon of a large, successful company then you don't know that politics is indeed alive and well and flourishing. Those corporate politicians could teach Washington politicians a thing or two.
