Lets get into our time machine for this one.

ACME Horse Shoes is in failure mode......( cars were invented ) Lets bail out the horseshoe companies? They are too big to fail, after all, everybody owns a horse, they CANNOT fail, it will kill the country.

American Wagon Wheel, too big to fail..........

American Cathode Ray Tube Company ( EVERYBODY owns a black and white television right ? ) They are too big to fail.........

American Asbestos Brake Company, to big to fail?

These are all madeup companies.......but you get it right? If not, have your child make it clear for you.

What is wrong with the strong surviving and the weak failing. What is wrong with inovation. Please explain that to me.

As to your moderator offer, here is my thoughts.

Why in the world would I want to be a gutter trawler digging up carp when I can just drop carp into the gutter? Why would I want to be king of the septic tank when I can just add to it? Not quite an enviable position yannow?

    No thanks.

Now you also said this Jack so I thought I would do a bit of checking for myself

It is to support destroying Americas military might

And what do I find well the Budget for defence will go up by 11 Billion dollars over and above the budget for 2009

    Just a few snippets

    1. First, we will increase intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) support for the warfighter in the base budget by some $2 billion. This will include:
    • Fielding and sustaining 50 Predator-class unmanned aerial vehicle orbits by FY11 and maximizing their production. This capability, which has been in such high demand in both Iraq and Afghanistan, will now be permanently funded in the base budget. It will represent a 62 percent increase in capability over the current level and 127 percent from over a year ago.
    • Increasing manned ISR capabilities such as the turbo-prop aircraft deployed so successfully as part of “Task Force Odin” in Iraq.
    • Initiating research and development on a number of ISR enhancements and experimental platforms optimized for today’s battlefield.
    2. We will also spend $500 million more in the base budget than last year to increase our capacity to field and sustain more helicopters – a capability that is in urgent demand in Afghanistan. Today, the primary limitation on helicopter capacity is not airframes but shortages of maintenance crews and pilots. So our focus will be on recruiting and training more Army helicopter crews.
    3. To boost global partnership capacity efforts, we will increase funding by $500 million. These initiatives include training and equipping foreign militaries to undertake counter terrorism and stability operations.
    4. To grow our special operations capabilities, we will increase personnel by more than 2,800 or five percent and will buy more special forces-optimized lift, mobility, and refueling aircraft.
We will increase the buy of Littoral Combat Ships (LCS) – a key capability for presence, stability, and counterinsurgency operations in coastal regions – from two to three ships in FY 2010. Our goal is to eventually acquire 55 of these ships.
    5. To improve our inter-theater lift capacity, we will increase the charter of Joint High Speed Vessel (JHSV) ships from two to four until our own production program begins deliveries in 2011.
    6. We will stop the growth of Army Brigade Combat Teams (BCT) at 45 versus 48 while maintaining the planned increase in end strength of 547,000. This will ensure that we have better-manned units ready to deploy, and help put an end to the routine use of stop loss. This step will also lower the risk of hollowing the force.

    Read all about it here

They do intend to cancell the F22 but will be going ahead with the F35. they also intend to retire some 250 over the hill fighters.

The missile defence system that was destined for poland is now gone but as it was never in place that can not be seen as a weakaning of American millitary might (Some will disagree) Oh and of course terminate the VH-71 presidential helicopter programe as the cost has risen from 6.5 billion to some 13 billion!!

So all in all by increasing the defence budget by 11 Billion he is of coures emasculating the millitary.

Now this I find to be quite a seriouse accusation and I dont believe that is understated

Supporting Obamas AGENDA is to support the destruction of our Constitution as we know it

Can any one provide me with any infomation of what parts of the American constitution have been recinded in any way? what rights guarenteed under the Constitution have you been deprived of?

Please no rhetoric just simple plain english responses.

Oh and for David I am still waiting for you to provide proof of my Anti American stance on this or any other forum

Is not Obama the first POTUS in history to chair the UN NSC?

Article One, section 9 of theUS constitution, no nobility clause is the most recent and easiest to find right now.

The administrations threats against HUmana Health and their mailings against the Healthcare bill, that is a violation of freedom of the press.

Humana has been proven right by the CBO that the heathcare bill does in fact cut Medicare to seniors, BO does NOT want that public.

And what is your problem with that Jack, here he is again taking a hands on approch to something that is rather important to the united States and you are complaining? Are you some sort of secret socialist, I am getting rather concerned about you 1st you dont want him to go after Terrorists and now this!!

Care to tell me what title of Nobility has been bistowed on President Obama Jack as I cant find any such thing. anything in the constitution that says he can not chair such a meeting?

Humana Health, this I believe is a mail shot by a Insurance company and nothing to do with any Press organisation? so how is it a violation of the freedom of the press when the organisation in question is not a press organisation.

And again I will ask what title has he been given? How about President Bush hosting the G8 summit in 2004? Or President Clinton chairing the same in 1997? or President George H. W. Bush in 1990 (G7 then) or President Ronald Reagan in 1983, President Gerald Ford in 1976 would you also like me to catalouge all the other things they have chaired Jack?

Then if you want the larger world stage you have the G20 chaird by President George W. Bush in 2008 The participants were: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, the People's Republic of China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Republic of Korea, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, the European Union added to that you had Spain, Netherlands and the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund and the Financial Stability Forum all in attendance, it sort of makes the UN security council pale into insignificance dont it

You know, I'm still waiting on the Peter to prove this allegation! Wouldn't you think the "owner" of a forum should either put up or shut up after making a statement like this?
