Probably the best thing to come out of yesterday's election was the defeat of far left, radical, whacko Alan Grayson in Florida. If you've never heard this creep talk you haven't missed anything! He's the guy who compares the democrat party with God...he's on par with tomc when it comes to hatred for folks who have some measure of success.
It isn't like it's going to make a whole lot of difference to us regular folks. Democrats and Republicans alike just going to serve their special interests and get rich.
I don't disagree, I just get satisfaction from his defeat because he is such an ass. He has to be the most disgusting loon to ever serve...and his supporters are even worse!

I was still somewhat dissappointed with the results. Harry Reid should have been gone. It is shocking that he managed to still hang around. It is shocking that Barney Frank is still in office. Then our governor's race was decided by 20k votes out of 3.2 million. Quinn managed to win a total of FOUR counties in the entire state of Illinois (two barely) and is up by 20k. Thanks to a 70/30 vote out of Cook county dumping 900k votes in his favor. Also, thanks in part to having a Green, Independent AND Libertarian parties on the ballot, siphoning away a couple hundred thousand votes.
Harry Reid didn't win. The Republicans blew the best opportunity to take that seat that they ever had, and they may not get such a chance going forward. I mean, what fricken rock did they get Sharron Angle from under? I've rarely seen worse candidates.
I disagree. I think it took a candidate like Angle to pressure Reid, the guy is so well entrenched & no other establishment Rep has gotten to him like Angle.
