Hey Danr...try to find one article or picture where Christians or Jews are trying to convert the rest of the world to THEIR religion through force and/or threat of death. Bet you can't...

So what do you do? You call all of our posts "propaganda" because you have nothing to demonstrate that islam is a peaceful religion and they really are minding their own business. "Religion of peace"...you think??

 

Those pictures will be true if Danr and Moen have their way. Perhaps if some of their relatives were victims of one of these attacks they would get the picture. I kinda doubt it though.

Danr it is liberal minded to be against Islam for Islam is a weapon being used against freedom of thought and equal rights. I weep for those killed for Allah and I feel pity for those born under Islams mind contol. They too need to be set free from that religion of hate.

This list, of over 3,000 terrorist attacks committed by Muslims since 9/11/01 (a rate better than two per day), is incomplete because only a small percentage of attacks were picked up by international news sources, even those involving multiple loss of life. The list that I outlined in my first post was just for ONE month ALONE. The list included an attack if it was committed by muslims in the name of islam, and usually only if loss of life occurred (with a handful of exceptions where there were a very large number of injuries). In several cases, the victims are undercounted because deaths from trauma caused by the islamists may occur in later days, despite the best efforts of medical personnel to keep the victims alive.

The list I posted doesn't include action that occurs in combat situations, such as Iraq and Afghanistan, unless it involves particularly heinous terrorist tactics. Unprovoked sniper, drive-by or roadside bombing attacks on military personnel serving normal police duties are sometimes included depending on the circumstances. I believe that if you are a muslim civilian and commit these crimes in the name of allah for enternal peace in muslim heaven, you HAVE to add these numbers into the grand scheme of things. If you want to discount these deaths and call it cr*p, I guess this loss of life doesn't mean anything to you.

Unfortunately, this list of muslim terrorist attacks barely scratches the surface of atrocities committed in the name of islam that occur world-wide each day.

As an example, most news articles on the violence in southern Thailand note that about 900 people have been killed over the past year. A reasonable estimate that 150 of these deaths are of the islamic militants themselves, which means they have killed some 750 people. But many international news agencies have only recorded the deaths of 214. This list underreports more than two-thirds in a country with a decent news infrastructure. Imagine what I didn't list coming from the Sudan and the rest of Africa where the toll runs into the tens of thousands!

The ridiculous level of violence that islam serves up to the world makes it impossible to compile a complete list. So you may call this list cr*p, I think you are just like that ostrich sticking your head in the sand. You just don't want to face the reality of the situation.

Interestingly, people like you Danr often respond to the list by disparaging other religions, as if pulling everyone down to the same level satisfies some sort of moral preconception about religion and culture in general. Since no other religion inspires the sort of terrorism that islam produces, people like you Danr invariably find it necessary to change the rules of comparison for one side of the equation in order to contrive preferred results.

Typically, this will take the form of reaching far back into a religion's history (about a 1,000 years ago) to find the worst that one be found, even if it is in a time of war or is in utter contradiction to the teachings of the faith. In a fit of self-congratulation, its people like you Danr who then holds their straw man up against our list of attacks - which are bound to a particular and current timeframe and constrained by the rules of non-warfare and overt religious motivation - failing to realize the extent to which they have mitigated their own argument.

I hope that the more open-minded will be educated by this [non-religious] site, better understanding the threat that the "religion of peace" poses across the globe, and being able to put complaints over "muslimophobia" into perspective.

Who knows - perhaps one day muslims will have a change of heart and take the sort of action that one might expect of people who believe that it really is wrong to kill in the name of their religion. We'll know when this happens because it will be when islam exchanges petty complaining for true contrition, and roots out the extremist elements to end the violence, as opposed to offering occasional lip service that is designed merely to appeal to Western sensibilities.

Now Danr, if you want me to list ALL of the attacks again for the month of December, I will...but I made my point. What is happening is real. You may call it cr*p, but we will let the forum decide.

No SOURCE I notice (just pulled it out of your ear?). How many of these were the real deal (10% maybe).
As for the Koran how about letting us know about the the sublities of the original language version of the Medina Constitution. Oh I forgot YOU CAN'T because you are not a Koran scholar.

Your right Danr...you shouldn't read the Koran. It has some "big' words in it that you wouldn't be able to handle. Matter of fact, all of those threats to us infidels may make you run and hide under the covers...

Get some historic context, some insight into translation, some analysis from a legit scholar. Just grabbing out of there is a sure fire way to guarantee misunderstanding.
