Reason why Russians are being destroyed past year in Donbas

Since 2024, the Russian war machine has lost 440K, and tens of Billions in materiel. They gained less then .009 territory. At this rate it would take them 1000 years, 600M KIA to gain entire Ukraine. Currently in Povkrosh/ Kupiansk/ Zaprohyzia fronts 27-1 casaulties to Ukrainians.
Reason? Well as the attacker, they have to send men to take territory, Ukraine only needs their drone pilots to exterminate them in a 70km "kill zone"
second, Russian officer corps, mostly are corrupt, drunk or plain chicken, they sit in safety, while thousands are sent in meatwave attacks. Recently some dressed as penguins
WW2 was same, but then Russia had US fully supplying them, and outnumbered German by 25-1. Germans took out Russians 25-1 but lost thru sheer attrition. However German officers were brave and expertly trained to lead their men into battle.
Good example Vincenz Kaiser was Obersturmbannführer (Colonel) US army, his Knights Cross (Victoria Cross) eq. later Oakleaves wer awarded for valor, his 4 tank destruction badges (proved he knocked out four Soviet tanks personally with panzerfaust. You NEVER see this with Russians. Thats why they will loss the War.
