New study on ageing....

    They just learned that if a person "walks" an average of 10kms a week, the effects on your health and longevity are truly amazing. Scientists figure 10km+ each week= slower ageing, less prone to die from causes like cancer, cardiovascular disease, strokes, also better immune system, have better endurance, increased fitness levels....

    Well, good news for me! I walk an average of 300kms a week, with my job! And the proof in the pudding/
    I can go full bore 100+ hrs a week, never ever tired.
    I have not seen a doctor since I was in grade 6 for checkup.
    Never missed a days work in my life.
    During COVID never wore a mask, never got COVID.
    I am in better shape today, then when I was 18.
