I may posting this off topic but i needed an answer to this quickly Whats the best time to exercise in the day? I just joined the gym 2 weeks ago and i go to the gym as soon as i wake up in the morning Any ideas from you people or anytime is good for gyming

I've just started going in the morning, since I just don't have the energy after work. I don't think there's a time that's better than another, just as long as you don't go right to sleep afterwards.

If you are married, anytime with your wife. If you are married and have kids, in the morning. If you are single, afterwork in a coed gym. Need I say why!
Morning is the best time, from a fitness standpoint, if you are trying to lose weight. If you need any help losing weight, I have some good suggestions, I lost 80 pounds in 3 months, once I recovered from my back injury. (the same reason I gained 80 pounds in the first place, inactivity : ( ) Healthy weight now thankfully.
