Best time to exercise?

    I may posting this off topic but i needed an answer to this quickly
    Whats the best time to exercise in the day? I just joined the gym 2 weeks ago and i go to the gym as soon as i wake up in the morning
    Any ideas from you people or anytime is good for gyming

    Hello
    Well there is no best time to exercise for anyone
    Any part of the day is good
    I have just one suggestion, always exercise only after half an hour when you have eaten anything
    Well i would also like to show you some tips before you start your exercises

    I've just started going in the morning, since I just don't have the energy after work. I don't think there's a time that's better than another, just as long as you don't go right to sleep afterwards.

    If you're doing weight training, I have a recommendation:

    Weight Training Workouts that Work

    Start with Volume I if you haven't been weight training already.

    If you are married, anytime with your wife.
    If you are married and have kids, in the morning.
    If you are single, afterwork in a coed gym. Need I say why!

    Morning is the best time, from a fitness standpoint, if you are trying to lose weight. If you need any help losing weight, I have some good suggestions, I lost 80 pounds in 3 months, once I recovered from my back injury. (the same reason I gained 80 pounds in the first place, inactivity : ( ) Healthy weight now thankfully.

    Have dinner early in the evening, no later than 18:00 and exercise after that.
