Democrats have been marching us toward Armageddon with Iran for multiple terms now. Thanks a lot for the situation your collective kinder(garten)-genius put us in.

Like flying toward the sun, the need to reverse course increased every year. There comes a proximity where one's ability to suitably respond is insufficient. It is not all that far down the road.

That you fail to recognize or understand that is your problem . . . not America's.

Yes, marching toward freedom! President Trump told Iranian citizens that "the hour of your freedom is at hand".

This will only be armageddon for the Iranian leaders and their evil, murderous regime. I stand with the proud people of Iran who seek to throw off the shackles of oppression. Do you?

    More than likely. Also 9/11/01.

But, probably not 3/9/11 when Obama bombed Libya. And probably not 2/2/24 when Biden bombed Iraq and Syria.

BTW, I've started a thread specifically for comments regarding Operation Epic Fury.

Disgraceful move. The people of Iran need help, not to be bombed.

Unilaterally starting a new war. So much for "peace" President

I have no doubt . . . considering his current level of understanding of the world and his genius level IQ in kindergarten, the trajectory of his IQ would have made him omniscient at that time!
This war is not with Iran . . . it is with a despotic regime.

People of Iran are not being bombed. Their roadblock to a better life is being bombed. These people have been asking for the Wests help for decades. And now you lambaste that help….. Par for the course I reckon.

    Back to common sense......

Back in 1979, the people in Iran were duped by a fanatical "Messiah" cult figure Ayatollah Khomeini. They they got rid of the Shah Reza Pahlevi and put in a medieval Islamic Theocracy. Basically, women and girls became slaves to be ruled by men. These so called "men" would not allow girls to be educated, girls and women were forced to wear burkas and hijabs, even in the pool! Most men with eyes and a brain prefer bikinis:D Least I do! But, these birds (Mullahs) went further into depravity, instead of looking after their citizens, they were hell bent on developing nukes, same time causing a ruckus by arming terrorists like the Houthis, Hamas, Hezbollah, Triple "H" So, they sent, spent all the nations treasure on evil ambitions. Well, in December, the Rial went kaput, economy was in the dumpster, people fed up, marched in protests. This went on into mid January, when the Regime unleashed its thugs to clamp down, upto 45K were murdered, many inside hospitals. Comparision to Dec. 7th. 1941 is mild, The Japanese where not building a atomic bomb, due to embargos, sanctions they attacked the Dutch East Indies, Singapore, Malaya, Hong Kong for raw resources. Their lethal mistake was to hit US bases in the Philippines, Hawaii. Berlin asked them not to get US into the War, instead invade Siberia/ FE Russia. Iran is a far greater danger to Americans. If they get ICBMS with nukes, they could hit US targets. So, armageddon is a possibility, if this current regime gets nukes with Putins helps. The regime MUST be eliminated, and a US backed Shah put in place. Also with US in control of Iranian oil, the cheap oil from Iran, Venezeula will destroy Russia's only source of money to do bad things/ Ukraine. And make it cheaper for guys like me to drive a 660 HP car. thumbnail (3).jpg thumbnail (3).jpg

    Ding, dong!
    The Witch is dead.
    Which old Witch?
    The Wicked Witch!
    Ding, dong!
    The Wicked Witch is dead.

    Wake up, sleepy head.
Rub your eyes, get out of bed.
Wake up, the Wicked Witch is dead.
She's gone where the goblins go-
    Below, below, below.
Yo-ho, let's open up and sing and ring the bells out.
    Ding, Dong!
    The merry-oh
Sing it high, sing it low.
    Let them know
    The Wicked Witch is dead!

Somehow I knew that you would be against freedom for the Iranian people. Communists such as yourself hate freedom.

I believe you are a product of the "Quality Learing Center".

President Trump cut off the head of the snake. The rest of the regime appears ready to lay down their arms to save their own skins. If so, the Iranian people are poised to establish a new democratic government. I expect Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis and all the other fanatical brownshirts will follow suit.

Today is the dawn of a new age in the Middle East. Thank you, President Trump.

You guys are wrong! It was "armageddon" for Khameini, and 40-60 of his IRGC henchmen, who I might add, murdered 45K peacefull Iranians protesters. And your heart maybe in a wishfull place (GeneWright) but, you cannot not help the poor people of Iran, who yearn for a better economy, freedom from oppression, basic human rights, without military intervention. Since December, the people were out on mass, protesting, then that SOB Khameini unleashed the "Hounds of Hell" on the demonstraters, mass slaughter in the name of Allah. You always have to give credit where its deserved, Trump was on the right side of history on this one. I usually try to be objective. He was right on Maduro too. Hopefully, He will order the current Presidente to hold FAIR and FREE elections sooner then later. The Nobel laureate should be elected easily.
Meanwhile in the Kremlin, the Foreign Affairs spokeswitch said, We (Russia) would urge the USA and Israel to put a "ceasefire" in place, try to obey the international rule of law;) Lady, you and your Kremlin masters have never adherred to the rule of law, externally or internally. Your Supreme Leader, proves that by his list of friends, Lukashenko/ Xi JingPing, Kim Jong Um, now deceased Ali Khameini, now in the klink Maduro, now in Moscow, Assad, and soon to be.....Cuban dictator. Meanwhile in Ukraine, everyone jubilant with Khameini gone, many hopeing the same fate for Kim Jong Um and V. V. Putin.:D

Hey, Quality Learing Center! Do you remember when Obama bombed Libya? He said it was for "humanitarian reasons" and I seem to recall every liberal (including your own father) going along with that premise and, indeed, defending Obama's actions.

So, if the Iranian regime has been killing multitudes of thousands of its own citizens and trying its best (and sometimes succeeding) to kill Americans, would taking out that regime not qualify as "humanitarian reasons", too?

Ask your father if he still believes taking out a murderous dictator should be done for "humanitarian reasons". Hypocrite that he is, I suspect he would say "no" simply because its Trump. Putting Obama in Trump's shoes doing the exact same thing, he would say "yes". O The Hypocrisy!

I don't believe Obama should have bombed Libya. I have taken many issues with Obama's handling of foreign affairs, especially with regards to the drone program.

It is undoubtedly a good thing that Khamenei is gone. The question now is what are we in for? Another 20 years of war? Destabilizing a region and forcing regime change has never historically worked out great for us... just more war and suffering for the people

Yes, Khameini is definitely gone and, yes, there certainly is the question about what comes next. I think we can all agree that dictatorial regimes seldom get much worse than Khameini's, therefore, it's a good thing he's gone.

There is no one on this planet who can predict what comes next. But, I would proffer that whatever comes next will be better than throwing homosexuals off buildings, killing hundreds of Americans, advocating death upon America and Israel, using proxies in the region to kill or maim untold amounts of innocents, suppressing the rights of its citizens and waging war on its neighbors.

Maybe I have the benefit of having lived long enough to realize that evil will always rear its ugly head and that letting that head live instead of cutting it off is most often the worst option.

Tonight, Iran is beginning to taste freedom they haven't tasted in 47 years. Many in Iran have NEVER tasted freedom, but now they have that chance. Let's see if that taste is enough to make them want more.

If you think it can't get worse, then you forget that the rise of Khamenei himself was in part a consequence of backlash to U.S. backed regime change.
