I see we're now entering yet another pause because he couldn't get deals done in the last 90 day one. Now that we're at like the 3rd major pause, why wouldn't countries just keep calling his obvious bluff?

 

Don't pretend to be so ignorant. These are big-dollar negotiations, with far-reaching implications for parties on both sides of the table. Plenty of back-and-forth between those parties, and soliciting / digesting feedback from their constituents is necessary to complete equitable negotiations / agreements . . . and we are not talking about some singular meaty project here . . . you're talking about major negotiations with over a hundred nations.

When, a week before it was due, your school teacher extended the deadline for your book report by two weeks, did you continue to sweat it that some day, or did you breathe a sigh of relief and re-prioritize your work?

I daresay that, behind the scenes this administration continues to press the issues and has been far more proactive than any left-leaning administration you could ever point to.
