I only asked that question because it is exactly what happened to my mother. The home she lived in since I was a child became little Mexico.... And honestly, I have no qualms with a man that makes his way here and makes himself productive. I see it all the time. But the groups that hang out on the street corners and walk the streets at 2am are not making themselves productive. The second time my mothers storage shed was broken into and her lawn mower taken, we moved her against her will in fact. This isn't the perfect world you have emblazoned in your mind. It is much darker and dirtier.... I believe that US intelligence agencies are on top of the problem illegals and God bless em for getting the riff-raff out.

 

Why do you continue to ignore the fact that they came into this country illegally?

That they have not been convicted of crimes makes them innocent and moral, free from any wrongdoing, in your eyes?

This continuing BS. concerning the supposed "Rights" OF Illegal Alien Non-Citizens within the Legal Boundaries of ANY Country/Government is not a new pursuit.

The read between the lines aspect of the idea of One World Government, which is the foundational premise of illegal citizens have Rights, has its Birth with Kublai Khan, as far back as 1251.

Khan employed this philosophy conquering ...as examples only.... Vietnam, Burma, Mongolia, Baghdad, Korea and Japan, and then expanding his "Rights" to the Middle East and Europe, all as building blocks to establish China and himself as Emperor of China "Proper", The World, and The People, eventually choosing Beijing as his "Seat", and by 1279 the Yuan Conquest was complete.

I chuckle when I read the silliness of GW and supposed Modern Democrats, that espouse support for their misguided attempts to do anything that can be done to defame our FEDERAL REPUBLIC, and fail to recognize that the Goals of Red China are still the same as Kublai Khan, (not to mention it is funny as hell that the basis and his personal beliefs concerning political One World Government was and continues to be Buddhism), and can not support their "philosophy" without referring to the Constitution of our Federal Republic.

Ask any individual that believes that illegal aliens have the "Right" to be afforded the protection of the U.S. Constitution, to name any Country, just one, that allows illegal aliens to enter their Boundaries without permission and therefore have the "Right" to stay there....one Ping, and one Ping only (assuming the one Ping reference is understood).

I don't believe it's so specific in the interpretation of due process. Perhaps you are getting at that it was applied specifically to states in that case (state's rights v human rights in a way), but it ultimately reaffirmed who counts as a "person" under the 14th amendment.

That is not a completely true statement. For American citizens, and for persons admitted to the country with proper documentation it is true, but not for illegal immigrants.

Title 8, Chapter 12, Part 1325 of the United States Code specifically states the following:

§1325 . Improper entry by alien
(a) Improper time or place; avoidance of examination or inspection; misrepresentation and concealment of facts
Any alien who (1) enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers, or (2) eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers, or (3) attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact, shall, for the first commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18 or imprisoned not more than 6 months, or both, and, for a subsequent commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18, or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.​

And so on . . .

The clear distinction here being that the penalties are applied for commission of the act, not the conviction thereof. That distinction is most germane to this discussion, and to refuting your claim, because it explicitly denies them the right to due process. In other words, because they are here illegally, they have no rights afforded Americans by the US Constitution.

Dangerous or not, the mere presence of an undocumented immigrant in the US demonstrates a willingness to break the law which, in and of itself, disqualifies the individual from entry.

Democrat faults his own party for picking wrong battle with case of deported MS-13 suspect

Rep. Henry Cuellar tells 'Brian Kilmeade Show' left-wing colleagues picked the wrong 'fight'

Rep. Henry Cuellar is pushing back against his own party over its stance on immigration, criticizing fellow Democrats for defending an illegal immigrant the Trump administration says is a violent MS-13 gang member.

"This is not the right issue to talk about due process. This is not the right case. This is not the right person to be saying that we need to bring him back to the United States," Cuellar, D-Texas, told "The Brian Kilmeade Show" on Fox News Radio.

Cuellar was referring to Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a 29-year-old illegal immigrant deported in March to a prison in El Salvador. The Trump administration alleges that Abrego Garcia is affiliated with the violent MS-13 gang and publicized court documents for a protective order from his wife. Some Democrats argue that he was denied due process and are demanding his return.

Jennifer Vasquez Sura, Abrego Garcia's wife, said in a recent statement that she had been acting out of caution by seeking a protective order.

"After surviving domestic violence in a previous relationship, I acted out of caution following a disagreement with Kilmar by seeking a civil protective order, in case things escalated," she said in part. "Things did not escalate, and I decided not to follow through with the civil court process. We were able to work through the situation privately as a family, including by going to counseling."

Cuellar said making Abrego Garcia the face of immigration advocacy damages the party’s credibility with voters.

"Democrats should not take this issue," Cuellar said. "When you look at immigration, is this the immigration case you want to take to fight on? In my opinion, absolutely no."

Cute... I still wish POTUS would lay off the social media a bit. All it does is to provide fodder for those consumed with watching him fail. And the folly of that is if he fails, we all fail. I don't know why that simple concept isn't universally understood.... Last year my Carolina Panthers got themselves a first round draw quarterback. Neither I or any other Panthers fan expected a miraculous turnaround last year. It takes time to become "seasoned"..... I am just very grateful that we are no longer consumed with the idiocy of Wokeness and DEI. Normalcy has returned and the vast majority of Americans revel in it. No longer are we judging people by the color of their skin and that is as it should be.

I tend to look at things from a personal angle and I bet most other voters do the same. I market construction materials and my little company cannot keep up. Quite literally, the construction market in my area has exploded the first quarter and that doesn't happen unless people are willing to risk their money. As a result I am quite confident that my little business will have a record shattering year in 2025. In fact we are training two new people up front and I still need more.

SO make fun of him all you want. Things are looking pretty sunny down here in the trenches.

 

Funny how libs cheered so heartily for Biden's initiatives, so many of which were predictably failures.

Now they rail against Trump's initiatives, which have a far better chance of delivering the desired results.
