Where does the power/ability/authority of Biden's plan to forgive 400 billion of college debt with an Executive Order come from?

These fools who have no clue about the law or the American Constitution's assignment of powers are the representatives ignorant democrats vote for! If Biden's scheme to bribe young voters passes, all of us are paying off the loans that were the responsibility of others. Perhaps, we should pay their rent and food cost too!

I stand firm on my position, if you incur college debt, you are personally responsible to pay that debt. The next item to be pushed for forgiveness will be consumer debt.
