I realize it may be an imposition. Based on the knowledge you espouse coupled with your concern of other's skills and knowledge on the subject; perhaps you could explain EO 10450, and clarify Yankee White (Level 1 and 2), and the NARA employee duties and restrictions, and evaluation of any and all material prior to classification and acceptance of documents by NARA, and the personnel responsible for classification? It will be most helpful to the thread.
