Regarding June 3rd:

On May 11th, Trump accepted a subpoena for the collection of all remaining classified documents. They came to collect on June 3rd. This subpoena was satisfied with a written and signed statement from Trump's counsel that he had returned all requested classified material. This was untrue, hence the search and successful acquisition of classified documents Trump claimed to not have.

 

Anti-American is more in line with your Criminal-in-Chief. When you have to defend a guy that is as crooked as they come and has been nothing but a professional grifter his entire life, you might want to reexamine your priorities, not try and pump yourself up by ridiculing anyone else.

I’ve read this many times, you? Where’s the criminal complaint? Typically the complaint comes before the seizure warrant. The raids are typically (not always) are to reinforce their case. Name one document that was a national security risk, not one that was “marked as classified “.

 

The security risk of what was just taken is being assessed currently. So, just a little patience.

The criminal complaints justifying the warrant are clearly listed in the affadavit, but I'm sure you're aware having read it many times.

In the meantime, we know he took defense related documents generally from just what he voluntarily gave up.

I realize it is an imposition, but could you explain EO 10450, and clarify Yankee White (Level 1 and 2), and the NARA employee duties and restrictions, and evaluation of any and all material prior to classification and acceptance of documents by NARA, and the personnel responsible for classification? It will be most helpful to the thread.
