Remember that one forumite, the one who posts antiIslam pics and uses bright red letters. Well guess those pics are FAKED http://www.snappedshot.com/archives/964-Professional-Protester,-Jihadi-style.html
nothing there says they are faked...they say the guy is at a lot of protests....looks like he gets around.
come on, this same professional protestor shows up over and over (and is photoshopped into pics because he looks so crazed). These situations were staged.
all protests are staged...and there is simply no proof of that, there is no proof he gets paid to do it...and there is there is no proof that PS has been used on any of those shots nor is the page claiming there is (though on might have distorted his features a bit to make him look more evil which is wrong of course)...the guy just might be very active in protesting... here are my own PS's of the jolly happy fellow:
At the very least the media search the guy out to photograph his crazed look (and by emphisizing this one overly crazed person they give the false impression that everyone in the crowd was similarlly crazed). That is the least cynical (and most unlikely) possibility. More likely is that he is paid by western media to hype everyone up to make for good photoops.
or the palestinians...they are quite adept at faking news shots and video...I will start a new thread about...check it out...
It's a well-known fact that many of the photos and gatherings on the evening news are staged. This shouldn't be a surprise since the first casualty of war is truth -- on both sides.
And the other hundreds of thousands of pictures showing violence and brutality? Are those fake also? Oh, and there is a difference between faked and staged.
Faked would be having a group posing as Islamic fighters, or whatever, when in reality they had no affiliation with the group and were intentianally trying to deceive the audience. Staged would be having a group of genuine Islamic fighters who may have gathered specifically because the cameras were there, but who genuinely believe in the cause. Since the media has become adept at covering and creating stories, it's difficult to know the difference anymore, so it pays not to get overly emotional about anything you see.
Fake - 1.prepare or make (something specious, deceptive, or fraudulent): to fake a report showing nonexistent profits. 2.to conceal the defects of or make appear more attractive, interesting, valuable, etc., usually in order to deceive: The story was faked a bit to make it more sensational. 3.to pretend; simulate: to fake illness. Staged - 1. To exhibit or present on or as if on a stage
