Actually, I believe there are a few good candidates. My favorite is Ron Paul. I believe that he has clear direction. I think Rick Santorum is a straight forward guy. I am not sure that he is defiant against the typical political process enough for my taste.
I prefer Ron since he doesn't embrace the game-playing-bull that goes on in Washington. Unlike how he is being portrayed, "unacceptable on foreign policy", I believe he feels that our country has jumped-the-gun on participating in these wars. I do not believe that Ron is "anti-war". I feel that he prefers that we mind our own affairs when at all possible.

Michelle Bachman and Mitt Romney are both very intelligent. Newt is a nice fellow, but has big issues with his love of "the process". He's too close to old Washington politics for my comfort.
