The closest I have ever made it to a thrill was when my fear center got overloaded. I was afraid of this when he was elected and it has turned out to be much worse than I feared.
I can honestly say that I've never experienced any sort of thrill whatsoever as far as Obama is concerned. Nausea, yes. Thrill, no.
Even for those (non-ideologues) who joyously voted for him in 2008, I think the bloom came off that rose very quickly.
Can't say I've had any type of "thrilll" for any politician. If you think about it Coin you have spoken volumes with your nausea comment. Doesn't apply to just Obama either. Americans are voting against people that nauseate them not for people that thrill them.
I don't much care one way or the other. Another term for Obama? Mittens in the White House? There are things that are appealing about both scenarios.
You may have a point there, Clembo with the exception of the 2008 election. I think many people had a "thrill up their leg" so to speak for Obama at that time. This time around? Not so much it seems.
