Reagan (R) The Political Right’s Standard

Here an excerpt from a book and I’ll tell you the name of the book if you care. This pretty much sums up Ronald Reagan’s presidency and the Right-wingers worship this guy. I guess after Nixon, Reagan was actually an improvement.

Now replace the name Reagan with Romney.

 

Romney IS Reagan II. He is also befuddled and intellectually lazy like most all Right-wingers and they only seek power to enrich themselves and bring this country to it’s knees. Reagan was a putz!

I'd be more leery of someone who continues to support a failure in light of such overwhelming evidence...

 

Obama has been respectful of other people's opinions, while respectfully disagreeing with those views. Obama has also attempted to compromise...a bit too much in my opinion. I would have preferred a shorter period of attempts on a specific compromise ...instead of the year he gave Republicans. I would have preferred it be stated at the onset that sayyy they have 3 months to compromise...before slamming the hell out of 'em publically for failing to compromise and halting the Democratic process.

Anyone lacking an ability to compromise is an extremist, IMO, and should be marginalized...like Bachman-Turner Underdrive has been. Flakey-Lady, thankfully, no longer has the credibility to launch a successful drive to the WH. Mittler though, or Mr. Flippity-Flop, has much more appeal because people are nuts enough to believe they have a chance at him agreeing with their own politics...precisely because he does flip-flop. Those people are fools lol

 

BO has been the most devisive president we've ever had. This staunch idelogue will stop at nothing to get his way. He has demonstrated absolutely zero willingness to compromise and will turn on his own party if he's rebuked. To claim it's any other way is dishonest at best & most likely delusional.

Obama has respectfully disagreed with his opponents on several issues but only his opponents have said that they will break him, their only goal was to make him a one-termer, various GOP'ers have made countless racial slurs at him, his nationality has been questioned from day-one, and he has been called a Kenyan socialist foreigner by more than one Right-winger and he has been as gracious as one can be under such a verbal assault. Has he laid down and taken it? Hell no! Nor should he but there is no question the GOP and the Tea Party nuts have been far more divisive.

 

What was the Al Franken book?......something about liars (you know, right-wing fanatics)? Not that there are any here, of course...
