Obama consequences = better health care for folks.
Bush/Cheney consequences = thousands of dead and disabled people.

BTW, it is debatable if health insurance is better, but it will be a lot scarcer than it was under Bush/Cheney. And, since doctors are opting out of Obamacare, how can health care be even as good as it used to be.
