Another obtuse comment. The answer to your question is self-evident in my posts. (sighs) But, I'm going to assume you have no idea what that means, so I will say this: You are missing a critical word. That word is attempt.

Now, I am fully aware of your capability to still be confused as to how that answers your question so I will be more specific.

You are incorrect in assuming that only a moderator can create censure, however the word was censor, which is also not limited to moderators. Censure is essentially a criticism, whereas censor is essentially a suppression. Both can be achieved by anyone here, under certain circumstances.

For someone to successfully censor someone here, three things need to occur: One is, a statement must be made that directs someone else to behave in a manner that is typically the opposite of the manner expressed before the statement. The second thing is that, someone must change the manner in which they express themselves to conform with the direction of the censor.

In addition to those two things, there is one other important aspect of the act of censoring that is relevant here, and that is the pressure exerted to complete the change in behavior. That is variable, while the other two are not.

By his repeated calling on me to stop discussing my opinions on Zimmerman's guilt in this thread, coin is attempting to censor my opinion. As explained above, there are three things that need to occur: The first is the call to stop the discussions of Zimmerman's guilt. The second is my refusal to obey the call. The third is the repetition of the call.

 

Nope, you haven't got me angry. No, you haven't convinced me Zimmerman weighed 250. No, you haven't convinced me Zimmerman was heard on a 911 tape saying, 'F****ing Coon'". No, you haven't convinced me it was Zimmerman's fault because he was the adult. No, you haven't convinced me that Zimmerman "called a police officer directly". No, you haven't convinced me that the 911 operator he did call can give a lawful order. And especially, you haven't convinced me that it was Fox's fault. Now, when you have some facts, you might convince me of something, but those seem to be grossly lacking in your posts.

And that's exactly why this thread has bounced around like a racquetball. We keep asking them to look at the evidence on its merits, but they keep bouncing around like rabbits on PCP. First, Zimmerman was a member of Neighborhood Watch. Then he wasn't. OK, whatever. Then he didn't have an injury on his head. Then he did. Oh, mercy! Then, the affidavit was filed by the prosecutor, but then she supposedly left out any evidence beneficial to Zimmerman. Oh, boy when is this going to end?

But, it doesn't really matter, because the same people can read all these posts and see for themselves that the Left has tried Zimmerman, convicted him and, in some cases, already pronounced sentence. Good job, Leftie losers. If you're going to keep trying people like Zimmerman without benefit of all the evidence, please go to another country to ply your stupidity. In America we don't go for that type of crap. Try Cuba or Venezuela. You might have more luck there.

I guess the liberals here learned to jump to conclusions by watching Obama on TV talking about the cops who "acted stupidly" in the arrest of Henry Louis Gates. Well, it's the liberals on this forum who are jumping to conclusions in this case who are "acting stupidly". Yes, acting very, very stupidly.

 

The mentality of the libs on this forum is to jump to a conclusion then twist the evidence to support the conclusion. moen has demonstrated that numerous times and apparently has directed iqless to do the same.

Mistake that ruined Zimmerman's life.

Taking a gun with him on Community Patrol.

Only questions was it self-defense, manslaughter or murder.

From what I read it looks like manslaughter but as rimcents pointed out from the start, what I read wasn't true and as a matter of fact what i heard including the 911 tape was manufactored through splicing to fit an agenda. So who knows if the truth will ever come out now.

 

Hmmmmm... it seems as if new facts are coming out in this case all the time. A recently released medical report conducted the day after the shooting diagnosed Zimmerman with a "closed fracture" of his nose, a pair of black eyes, two lacerations on the back of his head (one nearly an inch long and the other about a quarter-of-an-inch), a minor back injury and bruising of the upper lip and cheek.

This man may have been fighting for his life. Of course, that will be up to a jury to decide.

Follow a kid with a gun and if that kid turns to defend himself, shoot him. Murder by any other name is still murder.

Nothing unusual about those injuries they could have been cause by a single blow to the cheek and nose (Break your nose and get 2 black eye's LOL I know from playing rugby)
One punch could have felled him hence the back injury and the wounds to the back of his head,so it can also be looked at that he was not fighting for his life simply he was floored by a young man who possibly thought his life was in danger by the person who was following him.

As I understand, the gun wasn't even brought out until Zimmerman was on the ground getting the tar beaten out of him. Now, if you can tell me for certain that Zimmerman wasn't in fear for his life (since you were there, after all) I will change my statement that he may have been in fear for his life.
