...and iqless is someone else as well (maybe tomc?). When he first began posting he had a definite "style"- a style which has changed dramtically over the past couple of weeks.
If a person is using more than one name, the moderator(s) (are there any ?) or admin of this site can check to see if they have the same IP address. Usually, different address = different poster. However, if one has a static IP and one (or both) are using dynamic IPs or a known proxy server, then the possibility of sock-puppetry is increased.
Let's stir the pot... A library will do. So would multiple cell-phones. An internet cafe. A college computer network. As Lehigh inferred, where there's a will, theres a way. ...stir, stir, stir...lol
My definition of "troll" matches the widely-accepted definition. This information pretty much sums it up: An Internet troll is someone who posts offensive, controversial, or divisive material on an Internet community. Trolls are an unfortunately common occurrence on many communities across the Internet, and there are various steps which can be taken to combat them. If you are currently struggling with an Internet troll, the best thing to do is to walk away, since trolls feed on attention, and they will usually disappear if they are ignored. The evolution of the Internet troll was a slow process which began as computer users started to more widely adopt the Internet. At first, the term referred merely to someone who was “trolling” for a response or opinion, in the same way that fishing boats cast out large nets to troll for a catch. Over time, trolls grew more aggressive, and the term began to be used specifically to refer to someone irritating or hurtful. In this sense, a troll could be compared to the nasty creatures of Scandinavian mythology which are also known as trolls. http://www.wisegeek.com/what-is-an-internet-troll.htm
So you're calling me a troll is meant negatively. I thought you may have meant it in a fishing manner... as in fishing for responses, and that is basically what you defined. So, why instigate then? Why ask if I was trolling? I didn't reply to any of your comments specifically, I could have many many times but didn't, so why ask me if I intended to troll, if not to troll yourself? But, to answer the question you may yet have on my intent here: My intent here is to confront the lies told about Obama, and Democrats in general, and to call out the people that made them. The people here that make them are obnoxious, and I respond in kind.
If you look at this closely I think you may have just described Peter T. Davis. If you look at it in other ways you may have described anyone that ever posts here.
I wouldn't be surprised if there are cheaters out there on this forum. Why can't people just be themselves to move along?
