Come on Folks! There should be at least 5 threads brimming with Herman Cain jokes by now. They write themselves at this point. Even the two-line wonders here can mine this situation. The Herman Cain Art Project has hit it's stride. This is epic stuff and I thoroughly love your discomfort but maybe the whole cabal is just incapable of lying to our eyes or we have just become less gullible. If only.
Has it occurred to anyone that maybe the Koch Brothers just aren't nearly as smart as their old man. Maybe they really are just two spoiled rich kids trying and failing miserably at fielding a candidate in a rich boys club environment that you'd think would favor them. Apparently NOT!

Point being - Post your best Herman Cain jokes and let's ease up on the sniping for a while. ;)

WASHINGTON — In an explosive allegation, a Georgia woman said Monday she and Republican presidential hopeful Herman Cain had a 13-year extramarital affair that lasted nearly until the former businessman announced his candidacy for the White House several months ago.
"Here we go again. I didn't do anything wrong," Cain said in a pre-emptive denial that lumped a detailed claim of a consensual affair in with earlier allegations of sexual harassment.
But the woman, Ginger White, said in an interview with Fox 5 Atlanta that over the years, Cain bought her airplane tickets so she could join him in cities as far-flung as Palm Springs, Calif., and Atlanta.
"It was fun," the 46-year-old White said. "It was something that took me away from my humdrum life at the time. And it was exciting."

Well now that Herman's headed for the door I wonder who will be next out of the Republican clown car.

And as for his former extramarital squeeze, humdrum wouldn't begin to describe this lady's life if she had found Cain exciting for even 13 seconds. But 13 years?

Riddle me this: If Ginger White lived in the White House, would Cain already be president?

Poor Herman. He appears to have been "Clintonized" and is, assuredly, the victim of a "vast, left-wing conspiracy". If he takes a page from the Bill Clinton playbook and learns how to lie through his teeth, he may yet become president! Has anyone accused him of rape, yet?

Oh I think he's got the lying through his teeth down pat. But of course throwing Bill Clinton's name in makes you feel so much better about Cain. It’s like it completely justifies everything Cain does. I'm sure Herman appreciates your efforts anyway, because we all know that anything dirty a current Republican does wrong can be mitigated by a past indiscretion of a Democrat. Funny how hypocrisy works sometimes eh?
You never condemn your side of the aisle you simply look for a Democrat that has an equally bad record. Did you ever consider that is why your party is falling apart at the seams? No accountability by the party faithful. You get the people you earn. And you’ve earned some doozies.

    Sound familiar to you?
Is the tactic you employ on one hand & criticize on the other acceptable or unacceptable? Please tell us.

Unfortunately, yes, it does. The standards of conduct by a presidential candidate were set so low by Clinton that pretty much anything goes. I mean, really, when it comes down to it does the man's sex life affect his political policy-making? After Clinton, we have to voice a collective "no". If Cain is elected, he could even commit perjury during Grand Jury testimony and we would turn a blind eye. Another legacy of the Clinton years. What you are not grasping here is that there is practically nothing that Cain or any other presidential candidate could do (short of molesting a child, perhaps) that would disqualify them from becoming president, as evidenced by the erect.. er.. election of Bill Clinton.

Oh, I see, So Clinton made him do it. You do know that his philandering began before the Clinton scandal right?

Hahah.. yeah, Clinton made him do it. Even if true, it doesn't matter when it began. What matters is that he's running for president NOW.

It matters that he is running for president NOW, and, still doing it.

Clinton lowered the bar so much it's not surprising Cain barely gets a mention for these escapades. Remember Gary Hart (D) about 20 years ago? His philandering cost him any serious consideration he may have had for the nomination. But after Clinton? Anything goes apparently. That predator did more harm to this country than most people realize.

Oh please, there are many things you can blame Clinton for but Cain's cheating isn't one of them. I seriously doubt Cain looked around and said, "Hey Bill Clinton had a consensual extramarital affair so I can sexually harass as many white women as I want". Wow! The power of Bill Clinton never ceases to amaze me and neither does your vivid imagination. Get a grip.

Maybe he just let his crotch do his thinking for him and there really isn't a Democrat in all of history to blame for Cain's behavior? Ya think?

Oh, but I never blamed Clinton for whatever it is Cain is supposed to have done, did I?. I simply stated that after Clinton lowered the bar so much people just aren't as shocked by what happens.....but you knew that, didn't you?

But that would not fit your logic. There always has to be someone from "the other party" to blame. Ya think!

And maybe it's just hypocrisy to mock or criticize Cain for doing something, while still socially unacceptable, which is more legal than what Barney Frank did--and for which Frank has been excused because it is "irrelevant."
