I enjoy how liberals paint the entire conservative populace as terrible based upon one person. But, should anyone paint the liberals in the same light. you become the world's worst hypocrites. That's just one of the reasons I don't like liberals. Just one. You're all a bunch of hyprocrites.

 

That sounded a lot like Gingrich slamming Clinton for engaging in extramarital sex.

MIAMI – Newt Gingrich today was forced to confront head-on charges of hypocrisy after last week he angrily dismissed questions about his extra-marital conduct when a little over a decade earlier, as Speaker of the House, he had led impeachment proceedings against President Bill Clinton for his own affair.
“When you were Speaker of the House, you criticized President Clinton for having an extramarital affair,” Univision correspondent Jorge Ramos said to Gingrich during a forum Wednesday in Miami.
“No, I criticized President Clinton for lying under oath in front of a federal judge, committing perjury – which is a felony for which normal people go to jail -” Gingrich replied before Ramos cut him off.
“However at the same time you were doing exactly the same thing.”
“But I wasn’t. You didn’t hear my answer. Look, I have been through two divorces -” Gingrich responded.
“Many people say that’s hypocritical,” Ramos pointed out.
“That’s right, because they listen to your question and they don’t understand the facts. The fact is, I have been through two divorces,” said the GOP candidate. “I have been deposed both times under oath and both times I have told the truth in the deposition because I know – I am not a lawyer – so I know it is a felony. Bill Clinton, who is a lawyer, a Yale law school graduate, he knew he was lying under oath, he knew it was perjury, he knew it was a felony and in fact, he lost his license to practice law in Arkansas as part of the deal -”
“I understand,” pressed Ramos, “but people think that’s hypocritical to criticize President Clinton for doing the same thing that you were doing at the same time.”
“Okay, there is some place there where there’s a mental synapse missing,” said an aggravated Gingrich. “I didn’t do the same thing. I never lied under oath, I have never committed perjury, I have never been involved in a felony – he was. I mean, I had one of his closest friends come to see me and said to m, ‘You know, lots of people have done what he did’ and I said, ‘That’s right but they didn’t lie under oath about it.’ And the guy looked at me and said ‘well, you’re right, that’s a felony and that’s a real problem.’”
Gingrich’s marital history surged to the forefront of the Republican race after his second wife Marianne told ABC News in an exclusive interview that Gingrich had requested an “open marriage” and lacked the moral character to be president. The interview, which aired following last Thursday’s debate in Charleston, did not derail Gingrich’s rise in South Carolina as he cruised to victory there on Saturday. The Florida primary is set for next Tuesday. Most recent polls show Gingrich locked in a virtual dead heat with rival Mitt Romney.

Hey, look! The Occupy Whatevers have a new van! Now they have somewhere secluded where they can take their victims to rape them. And you can't really see them doing a line of coke inside a panel van, either. And with a 4000 pound vehicle, it will be easy to run over anyone who gets in their way, e.g., little old ladies, children, pregnant women, dogs... just about anything:

Occupy Wall Street has always had cutting edge gadgets and tech-savvy activists. Expensive Apple products were a signature of the movement from the start of the Zuccotti Park Occupation on September 17th, 2011.
But now Occupy has stepped up its digital game from laptops and webcams to a full-fledged "tactical propaganda vehicle." It made its inaugural voyage around New York City last weekend.

the illuminator​

Occupiers are calling it the "Illuminator." Perhaps a more fitting description would be "the Occupy-Mobile," as the OWS crowd is taking a few cues from the caped crusader for their mission.
It has its own Batman symbol -- a floodlight that can project "99%" on any city wall, anywhere, anytime. The first time the signal appeared was this past November 17th, but now it is part of an integrated media system in a van specially tricked out for the purpose.
According to its webpage, its mission is to "smash the myths of the information industry and shine a light on the urgent issues of our time." On its first night out, it apparently made quite a splash:

"Illuminator... rolled around NYC for 4 hours creating spectacles, first, at Liberty Square where we were greeted by three anxious cops. We... opened up The People’s Library, the bat signal shining bright across the surrounding buildings. After a brief but exciting first run, we packed up and moved uptown to The Whitney, where an expansive flat wall awaited our video projector’s presence. Passersby stopped to take video and photographs, but we couldn’t open the library as it was facing out into the busy street."​

The Occupy-Mobile has had plenty of expert help. Mark Read, the activist/artist behind the Bat Signal, told fast coexist.com that:

“We had to buy a 1,500-watt inverter and a huge deep-cell marine battery in order to power the projector because it draws 1,000 watts. Essentially, we had to reconfigure the entire electrical system of the van. Christopher Hackett, the founder of The Madagascar Institute--which has a 15-year history of doing DIY, dangerous art spectacles--took the lead on all that.”​

So why, you ask, is Read so invested in this project?
“I’m doing this for a lot of reasons. To [let] people know that that the occupy movement is alive and kicking,” Read said. “The mainstream media on the whole tends to either ignore the very meaningful work that occupy activists continue to do, denigrate the movement as unfocussed, or demonize it as a bunch as violent anarchists."
It seem Occupy is prepared not just for an end-run on traditional media, but all media and is creating its own media wing. Which begs the question, in preparation for what?

The internet is already abuzz with stories of the "American Spring" that is coming. Major proposed targets of the Occupiers include the G-8 and NATO summits, and the Democratic National Convention. There are even rumors of a 20,000 person "re-occupation" of Wall Streetplanned for this fall.

Even if it had a small fraction of that number, another coordinated direct action on Wall Street would be timed for maximum media and political impact, as it would be at the height of the Presidential race.
Occupy Wall Street, it seems, is just getting started.

When we were in DC last month we visited the park where the DC flea baggers were set up. It was the nastiest, trashiest & smelliest place I've ever seen. The few inhabitants had to be homeless people (based on their age & appearance). Trash was strewn all over, the fountain was slimy & dirty, the tents had obscenities painted on them....it was late morning when we got there & the bums were just starting to crawl out from under there rocks. Based on what I saw firsthand, I seriously doubt the scum I saw represented anyone's political views.

 

At least that nasty man balanced the budget. Where did you get racist from? Because he's from Arkansas? There are non bigoted Arkansans, a couple three anyway.

A well written line from his staff delivered with his WWII propaganda film oratory designed to appeal to knuckle draggers and that had absolutely nothing to do with the wall coming down.
