Was Rick Perry drunk, on pain killers, or having a TIA? It is really hard to tell. Watch the pride of Texas stumble his way through this one. Oh my God!
Oh . . . my . . . God's mercy. I can't watch. Is it any wonder that people are losing faith in the two-party system? I knew he had the potential to be bad, but this is a nightmare. On the other hand, we may be watching the implosion of another animal rights sympathizer. That can't be all bad.
I don't know if he was drunk, high, both or just having fun. I do know this. No way in HELL I would ever vote for him. I did have visions of Lucille Ball's famous Vitameatavegamin episope when he was looking at that bottle of maple syrup.
It looks to me like the kind of fun people pay good money to induce. But maybe he was just giddy with all the success he's been having recently on the campaign front.
I only watched the first few minutes but it looked like he was channeling some kind of stand up comedian with his rhythm and inflections.
Some speculate that he knew in advance what kind of Monday morning Herman Cain was about to have. Hum?
I didn't say a good stand up comedian. He just left that impression to me that he was trying to come across that way.
I don't know Stu. I've already seen a connection between him and Lucille Ball and there's another. He seems to get up on his tippy toes and has this syrupy smile that reminded me of an Ernie Kovacs charachter known as Percy Dovetonsils. Who's next? Jerome Howard?
So who is up next on the right wing "wheel of misfortune" anyway? Who's turn to spin the wheel? The Newt the next one to swing the bat? LOL
Proof? Or just more baseless insults? Do you have anything of value that you can contribute to the conversation? Personally, I don't care for Perry because he seems to support gun rights while at the same time signing horrible anti-pet/anti-breeder legislation into law--that strikes me as being a bit duplicitous or, if I'm being generous, willing to support something that is based on his interest (guns/hunting) while taking a contradictory stance based on arguments from special interest groups. That he doesn't see the connection between the AR groups that would seek to ban breeding and the same groups anti-gun/anti-hunting stance makes me wonder about his logical decision-making capabilities. Where do you stand on Perry's policies, etc? Yes, he did a horrible job presenting himself here, but what does Perry have to do with Limbaugh and what does Limbaugh have to do with the discussion?
Not everyone comments the same. Some like to go into great detail on a subject, some want to be concise, some want to throw out one-line zingers... otherwise known as a drive-by ... some do mixtures of all the above and more. There's nothing wrong with that, IMO.
