Hum? I wonder where O'Reilly got the idea that they did not want to work. I bet it was because they have them on tape saying just that! WOW! What a surprise.

Just like you have everyone at the Tea Party conventions posting fascist signs and partaking in violence.

I don't think I had that at all. I do think that there were plenty of racists at Tea Party events but most of them didn't have the courage or even the stupidity to actually carry a sign that erased all doubt. When you have people that actually attend a hunting lodge with the name "Niggerhead" painted on a rock at the entrance, it is hard to deny the racism within their ranks.

I'm not sure what the protesters are picketing against. Do they want jobs or not? If they want jobs, why would they rail against the same business that could potentially give them that job? I think it's just an excuse for the leftist leaders like Roseanne Barr, Michael Moore & Susan Sarandon to get some face time to revive their sagging careers.
....and what's with all the "Honk if you have student loan debt" all about? dr moen, phd?

Protests against Wall Street spread across US

NEW YORK — Protests against Wall Street entered their 18th day Tuesday as demonstrators across the country show their anger over the wobbly economy and what they see as corporate greed by marching on Federal Reserve banks and camping out in parks from Los Angeles to Portland, Maine.

Demonstrations are expected to continue throughout the week as more groups hold organizational meetings and air their concerns on websites and through streaming video.

In Manhattan on Monday, hundreds of protesters dressed as corporate zombies in white face paint lurched past the New York Stock Exchange clutching fistfuls of fake money. In Chicago, demonstrators pounded drums in the city's financial district. Others pitched tents or waved protest signs at passing cars in Boston, St. Louis, Kansas City, Mo., and Los Angeles.

I view the protests as a good sign, but wonder if any serious changes will result from it. That said, I hope they head over to Biden's and ask him about the credit-card industries... then maybe they can run over to the insurance giants and rattle a few of their cages... etc.

Obama had better find some jobs for these folks... and QUICK! Idiotic Democrat policies are causing our people to protest in the street!!! More power to these protesters, I say! I wish they'd protest in front of the White House, also. Three years of "hope and change" and this is what the result is? Hoo Boy!

You're kind of clueless with regard to these protesters. They aren't interested in a political solution because they have given up of both Democrats and Republicans. They've given up on Republicans because they only represent the upper 1%. They even call themselves 99'ers. They've given up on the Democrats because they cannot overcome the obstructionism of the Right. One party is dead-set against doing anything for them and the other party is incapable of putting up a viable plan to defeat the money and corruption of the other side. I wouldn't be surprised if this group became bigger than both parties. It's a very young movement at this point but I think that you will find that they no more support your side than they support the current Democrats. I think you will have a hard time understanding this movement but you should think about what gandhi said. "First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win.” I guess the ignoring part is over eh?

You know, I spent the afternoon flipping through the channels just to watch the coverage of these protests and it seems every single person they interviewed had a different agenda. Some were coherent but most just seemed like radicals looking for a little publicity or a reason to hang out with lib powerhouses like Roseanne Barr & Alec Baldwin (the next Stuart Smalleys?). They seem to be angry at everyone & everything except BO...and he's the one who has caused it all!!

They just live on this planet, you....We're really not sure. How the Cons and Wall Street can crash the entire economy and you blame Obama is beyond earthy comprehension.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Dems had control of Congress from 2006 to 2010 and the Presidency since 2008. The Dems didn't create jobs then and they're not creating them now. These protesters realize that. Go protesters!!

    On Sunday it was a "pseudo-news non-story."
Be that as it may, it's not about the Republican Party VS the Democratic Party. They are both corrupt, they are both corporate owned and they've both failed the people miserably. The protestors get that.

The protests have blossomed since then.

The buck stops at Obama's desk. He's failed miserably and the protesters are calling him on the carpet for it. Hooray for the protesters! They really remind me of the Tea Party protesters; in fact I've seen many of them all dressed up and wearing humorous hats, too.

You're not getting it. Your blind fear and hatred of Obama is not serving you well. He's one more politician no different than the rest of them. And if you seriously think that the parties (and there is really only one, not two) as currently structured and funded can get us out of this you're mad.

    The movement is growing.

Groups in about 200 cities are either active or in planning. If you just averaged that out it would be 4 per state.

Kind of an impressive crowd considering there is no billionaires funding it and an entire cable news network promoting it 24/7.
