You mean maybe like Immelt? OOPS! That doesn't work so well for you, does it? He is an anti-capitalist supporter of BO and China.

...Which is an indication of the Democrats being more truthful about themselves than the Republicans, who tend to ignore their own failings more often.*

Immelt? Anti-capitalist? Presides over GE. Receives millions in salary. Pretty sweet for an anti-capitalist. You might explain to me how that works. If there are any openings I'm interested. You guys bore with with this anti-capitalist/Socialist stuff. (still working on it, CoinOKC, and becoming less and less convinced) You would consider Eisenhower and Nixon anti-capitalist and it's getting to the point where even St Ronnie is allowed into your club more on the basis of his hagiography than his record.

Jeffrey Immelt is Obama's Job Czar who is supposed to be trying to create more jobs in the U.S. However, Immelt's company, GE, is shipping jobs overseas. That makes no sense whatsoever. And Immelt can be rich, receive millions in salaray and preside over a megaconglomerate corporation and still not be a capitalist. He can be a socialist, too. Or even a communist.

When I perceive the downfall of the United States as being instigated by the liberals, socialists, communists, anti-capitalists, etc.... well, I become very passionate about the love I have for my country and the desire I have to see it succeed. So, you'll have to forgive me for droning on about the socialists, etc. (or simply ignore my posts). I'm glad you're still searching. You may not have become convinced, but I'd like to hear what you've found so far that may have shocked you, enlightened you or made you question some things you took for granted before. I hope, if nothing else, it was a learning experience for you.

Nixon, Eisenhour and Reagan anti-capitalists? No, not even close. Obama, yes. FDR, yes. Lincoln, no. William Henry Harrison, I don't know...

Strangley enough Jeffrey Immelt says of himself that that he is a Republican! the Wiki profile of him has him down as a Republican and every source I have managed to find on him has him as a Republican! Now if you are saying the man is a Socialist could you provide some documentry proof of this because I cant find any
Now I have stated previously that in my opinion he shoudnt be working for the President as it is a conflict of interst with his own company but also I asked has he broken any laws by exporting jobs and the answer I got was No

At might be time at this point to back up your assertion that the head of GE is anti-capitalist.

Furthering my belief that Obama is just another corporacrate like too many politicians that wear the Democrat label. They've given up fighting the cons and the corporate royalists and joined them. Money, power, influence has completely corrupted the Right and is in the process of doing the same thing to the Left. The difference I see is that the people on the Left will eventually not tolerate their leaders lying to them and walk away from the Democrats ushering in complete and total power for the corporations while the people on the Right will continue to believe the lies all the way to their graves. The stupid are always the first to be sacrificed and in an irony nobody could have predicted, the Right will propose the banning of guns and the Second Amendment and the Left will jump on it extinguishing the last opposition once and for all to the corporate masters after they decide that they no longer need to hide behind puppet politicians.

    Nixon
The entire speech outlining the plan is here. Nixon's proposal sounds very close to that of the Socialist Obama.

I'm guessing it's his connection to Obama. "Obama bad, therefore he must be bad too!" syndrome. I mean, if Immelt is a Socialist, then that'd mean just about everyone else in the World is a Communist or something.

There's also that fear thing to consider. Fear Obama! Fear Immelt! Fear those 3rd graders that were at the White House on Easter looking for eggs! Fear anything with any connection to Obama!

Mainly rim"s cents I think, although he hasn't come through with any evidence yet that I've seen other than guilt by association with the Nixonian Socialist Obama. I agree with you that he's bad news, but certainly no worse than many corporatists. Shipping jobs overseas is what they do. It makes economic sense to them and that's all that matters.

I don't like giving these multi-nationals 'incentives' to provide jobs in America... unless the incentives are create more jobs in America or see huge tax-penalties. I just don't see why we reward these companies as they hire more and more foreign workers. I'd penalize them lol

I'd make it more profitable for them to hire American workers by making it less profitable for them when they hire foreign workers. I know this hurts the global economy somewhat, but America needs the jobs too... more and more every day.

Guilty...;)... I would interfere with their freedoms as it is necessary for the economy to grow. Gotta have jobs to pay for the products they make, and that helps the economy (and the company) grow. :p 'Trickle-down' is idiotic lol
