At this point I'd like to thank everyone that has posted on this thread. I've really got some good laughs out of it.

Now let's play a little game. It's called name calling! Won't this be fun!

I'm going to put a list of names up. These are names you might apply to another member here or even yourself. However you can't call other people names. I suppose if you call YOURSELF a name it's OK.
    Here we go.

Whiner, Idiot, Moron, A$$(hole), Delusional Idiot, Legend in your own mind Idiot, Sheep, Parrot, Sack of ****, Attention Junkie, Troll, Racist, Gay, Homophobe, Closet case, Liar, Loser, Deadbeat, Sexist, Holier than thou, ....have I mentioned Moron and Idiot?

Naturally I could go on but I'll let you all toss in some names if you want. Remember though you can't OPENLY call another member these names on the forum. It's in Da Rulez!

I think "socialist" should be in your list. That's about the nastiest thing I can think of.

The pot calling the kettle black? You want I should post some of the names you have called me? Believe me, those are mild compared to the terms you have used towards me.

I'll try my hardest not to as it seems to me both involve playing dead FOR REAL first.
Apparently I'm still alive and typing so in the meantime I have to admit I'm liking a new title.

Fair enough but rather predictable and boring IMHO. Not that I'm calling you predictable and boring though just stating an opinion.

No problem, but rather portentous and cloying IMHO. Not that I'm calling you portentous and cloying though, just stating an opinion.

"Gay" is not a bad name. :) If you are not gay and someone calls you gay, I'd just smile and say thank you.

Socialist is fine with me, too. It really doesn't mean much anymore anyway.

There are still too many people who use the word as a slur and will use it to try to hurt people. But, they're usually just misguided socialists! :)
All kidding aside, I think people are definitely making progress insofar as accepting all lifestyles and refraining from using derogatory terms. At least from what I've seen...

When I read the quote above I think of people using the word 'Socialist' as a slur, when it's actually about people working for the common good, so everyone can benefit from it.

You never once managed to find one misquotes despite being asked to do so. Besides, those were not name calling. They were just idiotic statements. Here are a couple of your recent slur posts. They are entire posts and quoted word for word.

Things are not always what they seem once you look deeper into them.

The National Socialist German Workers' Party (German: Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei (help·info), abbreviated NSDAP), commonly known in English as the Nazi Party, was a political party in Germany between 1919 and 1945. It was known as the German Workers' Party (DAP) prior to a change of name in 1920. The term Nazi is German and stems from Nationalsozialist, due to the pronunciation of Latin -tion- as -tsion- in German (rather than -shon- as it is in English), with German Z being pronunced as 'ts' as well.

The party was founded out of the current of the far-right and racist German völkisch nationalist movement and the violent anti-communist Freikorps paramilitary culture that fought against the uprisings of communist revolutionaries in post-World War I Germany. The party was created by Anton Drexler as a means to draw workers away from communism and into völkisch nationalism. Initially Nazi political strategy focused on anti-big business, anti-bourgeois, and anti-capitalist rhetoric, though such aspects were later downplayed in the 1930s to gain the support from industrial owners for the Nazis, focus was shifted to anti-Semitic and anti-Marxist themes.

The party's last leader, Adolf Hitler, was appointed Chancellor of Germany by president Paul von Hindenburg in 1933. Hitler rapidly established a totalitarian regime known as the Third Reich.

True, it is a fixed idea with the French that the Rhine is their property, but to this arrogant demand the only reply worthy of the German nation is Arndt's: "Give back Alsace and Lorraine". For I am of the opinion, perhaps in contrast to many whose standpoint I share in other respects, that the reconquest of the German-speaking left bank of the Rhine is a matter of national honour, and that the Germanisation of a disloyal Holland and of Belgium is a political necessity for us. Shall we let the German nationality be completely suppressed in these countries, while the Slavs are rising ever more powerfully in the East?"

If you read the above quote you would think it came from Hitler but it came from Friedrich Engels, Karl Marx's co-author

This is our calling, that we shall become the templars of this Grail, gird the sword round our loins for its sake and stake our lives joyfully in the last, holy war which will be followed by the thousand-year reign of freedom.

Another rant that might seem like Hitler but is Engels. The Communist and socialist hated each other even if they at times sounded the same. Why did not the Communists kill off the socialist in russia when they took power henceforth the socialist killed off the communists as well.

Leftist right after world war II tried to rewrite history but if you look into its yourself, into Hitlers socialist economic programs and his speeches, never mind the communists and their hate speak, one would see that the socialist and communist are as evil as evil could be and couldn't wait to kill each other.
